Bad hotel
Very bad experience the food was awful overcooked and very repetitive?the only positive is the staff which is friendly,rooms are very basic and the smells very bad in conclusion I don't recommend this hotel at all
Second visit will be definitely coming back next year
Great hotel good location food very good very friendly staff only one thing I think that could be improved is the food at breakfast needs to be hotter ie beans, bacon, eggs

Improvement Required
We had a superior room, which I would not describe as superior, as it overlooked a car park. I also booked a 2 bedroom apartment, which according to the photographs, should have had an area with a table and chairs but this apartment, did not and I would appreciate comments om this matter We arrived at 9pm with a 4 year old and a baby and were just told where to go The self serve dining area is not big enough for the size of the hotel and was very much like a canteen. We had to hunt round for a high chair. Some of the sunbeds are well worn and need replacing and you have to get up early to put your towels on them, even though there are signs informing you not to do this. The cocktails appear to be watered down and the neatly arranged spirit bottles do not appear to move. The best part of this hotel is the kids club which is run by Mary Anne, who is absolutely amazing. My 4 year old granddaughter loved going there everyday. She is so enthusiastic and a real assest to the hotel Overall we had a lovely holiday, but would probably not return
What a wonderful week
Our stay at this all-inclusive hotel exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed by the warm and professional staff. The service was outstanding, and everyone made sure we had everything we needed.
The food was fresh and tasty, with plenty of choices for every meal. The facilities were excellent, especially the swimming pools, the entertainment program, and the well-kept gardens. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable.
The atmosphere throughout the hotel was relaxing, making it the perfect place to unwind. We had a wonderful holiday and created unforgettable memories. We would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family and hope to return again in the future.
Reckless opration of machinary
While I was on a sunbed in the hotel’s garden area (located on the tiled surface directly in front of the sea entrance), the hotel staff brought motorized machinery (a petrol-powered rotary tiller) and began agricultural soil-tilling works.
These operations were carried out in immediate proximity to the tourists, in a completely un-fenced area, without any prior warning signage or safety measures. Due to the reckless operation of the machinery, I was struck in the occipital region (the back of the head) by a compact clump of soil and stones projected by the rotary tiller's blades. Although I immediately signaled to the workers that I had been hurt, they maintained a defiant attitude and continued their activity, subsequently endangering the rest of my family (my husband and minor son) the moment they exited the sea.
