North Santorini Luxury Spa Hotel

An absolutely amazing experience! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

From the moment we arrived, we felt that we were somewhere truly special. The atmosphere was perfect, the design and views were beautiful, and everything was carefully thought out down to the smallest details.

The food was outstanding, with high-quality, fresh and delicious options. It was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The service was exceptional as well. The staff were friendly, professional, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile.

What impressed us especially was the hotel’s WhatsApp service, which is available to guests 24/7. No matter what you need or what time it is, you can simply message them and they are always available, respond quickly, and do everything they can to assist. It really gives you the feeling that the hotel genuinely cares about its guests throughout the entire stay.

The entire team went above and beyond to make our experience as perfect as possible, and it truly showed.

Excellent food, outstanding service, an incredible atmosphere, and an amazing team made our stay an unforgettable experience.

We had a wonderful stay at North Santorini Hotel, made all the more special by the exceptional team.

Asimina, Georgia, Mariam, Spiros and Tasos were outstanding throughout our stay. They were endlessly patient, kind and helpful, and always treated us with such genuine warmth. No request was ever too much trouble and they went beyond what could reasonably be expected of them to make sure we were comfortable and well looked after. Their friendliness and willingness to help made us feel truly welcome.

The facilities throughout the whole complex were exceptional, and the level of service was consistently excellent in every area of the hotel. Everything was thoughtfully presented and designed to make the stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

A huge thank you to the whole team for such wonderful hospitality. Their warmth and care made our stay truly memorable.

Stayed here for 11 nights as a party of 4 - 2 adults and 2 teenage girls. We were in one of the 4 North Villas.

The short review is this is one of the best places I've stayed in. It's bright, modern, spacious, clean, well located on the island and almost faultless in every way. Service and communication are first class, cleaning etc is of a very high quality and the villa, with its private pool, hot tub and 3 bedrooms was excellent. If you're after a top-quality self-contained villa with all the benefits of a hotel in terms of service etc, then you'd be hard-pressed to find better. Book it.

Our villa was Number 1. It had 2 bedrooms with one en-suite and a massive master shower room. Both rooms would work well as private spaces in their own right, as each has double doors to the outside space. The king-size bedroom came with loads of space and storage; the double less so, this being a slight consideration if booked for 6 people, as the amount of storage in this 2nd bedroom was barely adequate. The living/kitchen area had a mezzanine above it with the 3rd bed. This room has double-aspect windows and loads of space but no storage at all. Odd because there is space for some and, were this my hotel, I'd add something. Without it, a party of 6 would have 2 people living out of their suitcases for their holiday. The stairs to this space are also pretty steep and the rail preventing an accident is barely fit for purpose. You'd definitely want to keep an eye on small children. The kitchen is well-equipped with a kettle, coffee maker, hob and oven and there's inside dining space (but again, only for 4?). Its all done in the Santorini style and every room comes with air-con.

Outside is lovely. The view from the patio covers the whole of the north side of the island with breathtaking views of the caldera, Fira and, way off in the distance, Oia. The sun sets to the left side of the view but is clearly visible so, at night in particular, this is a truly wonderful place to be. The pool is big and clean and the hot tub does what it's supposed to do. There were 3 loungers and a fixed seat for 2 by the pool so, again, a party of 6 might find things tricky. There's also an outside covered dining space.

Away from the villa, this is a very good hotel. A lot of rooms and suites have private pools so it never feels busy anywhere. There's a public pool which is lovely, a spa, a gym, and a restaurant. Breakfast is excellent. One thing to consider is the number of stairs. It's built, like a lot of Santorini, on a hill and stairs are everywhere. None have stair rails so, while none are particularly challenging on their own, it does add up. Those not 100% certain on their feet might want to consider this.

The hotel is located a short walk from Pyrgos and a 30 - 45 euro cab ride from Fira and Oia. You can see the airport from the patio but its far enough away to be unobtrusive.

All in all, then, we absolutely loved our stay. Santorini is a beautiful island and this was a great place to experience it from. It's strongly recommended for couples, families of older children and parties of 4 adults.
