Situated in Perissa (Black Beach), in Santorini, the traditional Cycladic Anastasia Princess Luxury Residence (adults only) consists of three complexes with studios, deluxe apartments and suites with outdoor hot tub or outdoor pools offers two public infinity swimming pools. The black sandy beach of Perissa is just one minute walk. Many bars and restaurants are located across the beach road. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout.
From the balconies, guests are offered magnificent views of our famous disigned venue and the pool areas. All spacious rooms are well-equipped with air conditioning, safety boxes, hairdryer and kitchen with fridge. Bathroom amenities are available on its room.
A rich continental breakfast is served each morning at the breakfast area. Guests also enjoy an outdoor café and poolside bar.
Athinios Port is at 11 km and Santorini International Airport is around 14 km away. Free parking is possible on site. Public transportation is available to all distances every 30 minutes.

Initially booked here but canceled after critical questions went unanswered for an entire business week. Overall communication fell short of what any property should offer, let alone one marketed as 4-star. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone considering a stay in Santorini.

A blissful stay
We stayed here for 6 nights and it was pure bliss! The hotel is clean, the room was incredible and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely and different things to choose each day were very tasty. The swimming pool is gorgeous and the hotel itself is very quiet, such a relaxing stay. The beach area is very safe and well kept. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a relaxing holiday. We will definitely be back!
One of the best hotels in Santorini
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Anastasia Princess Luxury Beach Hotel. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we only wish we could have stayed longer. The hotel is beautiful, relatively small, and exceptionally well maintained. Everywhere was spotless. Our room was spacious and had a large terrace with a lovely sea view, making it the perfect place to relax. The hotel has its own private beach area, where there were always plenty of sunbeds available. It was also very convenient to order food and drinks directly to the beach or poolside. There are two pool areas, and the one we used was beautiful, peaceful, and impeccably clean. The breakfast was absolutely outstanding, without a doubt one of the best we've had. There was plenty of variety every morning, and everything was fresh and delicious. A perfect 10 out of 10! The location is excellent! Central enough to be convenient, yet the hotel itself is peaceful and relaxing. A special thank you to Emerald, who made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and always happy to assist with anything we needed. We truly couldn't have asked for a better stay. Thank you for making our holiday so special 🩷 We hope to return one day!
Suite with Jacuzzi
We had a very enjoyable week at this hotel which is furnished and maintained to a very high standard. All the staff are very friendly and helpful and the location right on the beach is perfect.
We had high hopes for our deluxe private jacuzzi suite, an option we chose based on the pictures on the Jet2 and the hotel's own websites as we like a nice private balcony. We were allocated suite 73 at the back of the second building. The suite is accessed through wooden doors into an enclosed area with the jacuzzi partially located under the steps. Unfortunately, I found this area to be quite claustrophobic and at times noisy (due to what appeared to be tumble dryer vents on one wall). However, some might appreciate the privacy of this enclosed area. Up the steps is a balcony which offered limited shade, although there is a great mountain view.
We were very grateful that after two nights the hotel could move us to the suite next door, no 72, which had a balcony we preferred although again there was limited shade. Sitting in the elevated jacuzzi facing the mountain was very enjoyable and relaxing.
If I returned, I would request one of the suites with the jacuzzi just outside the doors to the bacony and a wooden lattice canopy offering some shade. These are located in the first building overlooking the front pool. However, I would imagine they are very popular and may not always be available. Alternatively I'd go for one of the deluxe plunge pool suites below suite 72. These have a large shady seating area and a sunny pool.

Everyone of your team were so helpful, friendly, informative on arrival, departure and throughout our stay, they really are a credit to this gorgeous accommodation.
