Our stay at Canaves Epitome was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end!

The service was truly exceptional. Every member of the staff was incredibly welcoming, kind, attentive, and genuinely friendly. Their warmth and professionalism made us feel special throughout our stay.

The breakfast was simply outstanding, with excellent quality, delicious choices, and impeccable service. Definitely one of the highlights of our experience!

Our stay at Canaves Epitome was exceptional. The property is beautiful, with lush landscaping, comfortable and well-appointed rooms, and excellent amenities. Everything was very well maintained, and the overall experience was fantastic.

What really made our stay special was the staff. Everyone we encountered, from the transfer drivers to reception, concierge, bar, and restaurant staff, was friendly, genuine, and thoughtful. They clearly enjoy what they do, and it shows.

One of the highlights was our dinner at Elements. The food and overall experience were outstanding. A special thanks to Chef Nicoli for a fantastic meal and George, the sommelier, who made the evening even more enjoyable. Definitely a five-star unique dining experience and one of the best we’ve ever had.

Also want to call out Constantino, the maître d’ at Adamii, who was incredibly warm and thoughtful. Him along with Gregoris at the bar, made our stay welcoming with great conversations and laughter. They made us feel like family!

We’ve stayed at many wonderful hotels, and Canaves Epitome is certainly among our favorites. The beautiful setting and excellent facilities are impressive, but it’s really the people who make this place special.

Canaves Epitome is aptly named. From the absolutely stunning views (sunset every night) to the spacious, luxurious rooms, Canaves Epitome delivers on its luxury designation. Truly was such a treat and we would eagerly return to Canaves Epitome again in the future (and probably for longer). The property is a gorgeous, lush oasis, and the way the resort is setup there is tons of privacy built in.

The breakfast each morning is a fabulous way to start the day, and includes an expansive menu. The secluded location could be considered a negative if it weren't for the complimentary shuttles that run up to the pedestrian path and down to Ammoudi Bay. We were there during late Sept / early Oct, and the resort did not appear to be full. On our second to last day, we finally had neighbors and we could hear everything (they were loud, playing a speaker). We didn't say anything because it was only one afternoon, but neighborly noise could be an issue. Recognize that you are sacrificing the quintessential caldera view / experience (but you could stay at one of their sister properties that looked quality, too). But we thought that we appreciated the privacy vs. having tourists staring at you in your caldera room all day / night.

We stayed in the Hideaway Suite and it was perfect. Housekeeping comes twice / day to make the bed and do turn-down service; they also come once / day to dust off and sweep outside (patio, seating area, loungers).

Every staff member could not have been more helpful, friendly, and easy to work with. They took care of everything and anything you could possibly need, were easy to get a hold of and communicate with, and solved any and all requests - reservations, advice, etc.
