Aspaki Exclusive Hotel by Art Maisons

My wife and I have recently returned from our five night stay at Art Maison's Aspaki resort. Our stay at Aspaki was one of the most memorable, most romantic, most magical experiences we have experienced in our 25 years of traveling the world. I'd like to offer a few of the many reasons we will return to Aspaki. Location: The location of Aspaki is ideal. Nestled in in the heart of Oia, with a mesmerizing view of the caldera and a picture postcard view of the Blue Dome Churches, Aspaki's location is "Instagram Perfect." Just outside the entrance to Aspaki, were long lines of people waiting to get the perfect picture of the Blue Domes, while guests at Aspaki have only to step out onto their balconies to gaze on the Domes and the caldera. The location of Asapki made it easy for us to walk along the promenade to do our shopping our find our restaurant. It seems like hundreds of people traveled to Oia every day to get a glimpse of the views we enjoyed from our patio all day long. Rooms: We stayed in Petite Honeymoon Suite Room number 110. It was perfect for us. Staying in a white-washed cave suite gave us an authentic Santorini feel. But what really made things special was the balcony with our private plunge pool offering breathtaking views of the caldera. Our room was a bit compact, but it was spotless, Santorini-unique and private. Breakfasts on the balcony along with late afternoon plunges into the pool and evenings staring at the cliffs of Santorini aglow with lights will remain with us forever. Service: So many reviewers have spoken about the quality of service already. I will only say that those glowing reviews were spot on. One highlight was when a member of the team (who discretely found out our favorite adult beverages) brought up a fruit platter with a thank you note and a glass of single malt scotch for me and a vodka tonic for my wife. What service! Food: We only ate breakfast at Aspaki, but the breakfasts were delicious and robust! We also had snacks from the bar which were on point. Final Thoughts: We spent a lot of time researching which property we would stay at in Santorini. We wanted to be in the heart of Oia - yet away from the crowds. We wanted a caldera view and a view to the iconic Blue Dome Churches. We wanted a property with over-the-top service and attention to detail. We wanted a property that offered a plunge pool and a larger pool for all guests. We wanted a property that would ensure an amazing experience and provide life-long memories. We found it at Aspaki. One last thought, we originally were only going to stay three nights but (following the advise of other reviewers) we extended our stay to five nights. That was great advise. It allowed us plenty of time to just enjoy our room and view along with time for shopping, touring the island by convertible and doing the six hour catamaran sunset cruise. You won't regret staying a few extra nights at this magical place called Aspaki

My wife and I recently stayed at this uniquely beautiful boutique hotel. The staff was unbelievably accommodating. I mistakenly booked the wrong nights (I know, who does that? Apparently me). Without skipping a beat, they handled everything seamlessly and not only saved the vacation but somehow made it better! The staff really went above and beyond.

The location couldn’t be better and offers amazing views of the caldera. Shops and restaurants are literally just steps away.

The food and drinks offered at the hotel are top notch. And the rooms- wow. They surpass all expectations.

From the point initial contact and reservations, through the welcome upon arrival, and for the duration of the stay, this was one of the best service experiences we have had in Europe. The quality of the accommodations, staff, food, shared information and experiences they arranged, were beyond any expectations we had. We were celebrating my 50th birthday and every single person in the hotel wished me happy birthday -- genuinely and throughout the weekend. They arranged (without even my husband knowing) for complementary balloons, a cake, and a delicious bottle of champagne. They welcomed my surprise guests and were in on sneaking them into the hotel. We are so grateful for such an incredible weekend. Thank you!
