'The Standard Promo Rooms are located in an eighty meters distance annex building. Guests will need to indulge in a pleasant few minutes' walk to reach the breakfast area and other facilities of the hotel.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please note that during the off-season (between October 15th and April 15th), due to low outside ambient temperatures and potentially strong winds, the outdoor pools and hot tubs may not reach desired temperatures. Between April 15 and October 15th Pool temperatures are set to 28 Celsius and Hot Tubs are set to 37 Celsius. Weather anomalies in the summer period may also negatively affect these set temperatures.

Volcano View Hotel
Great location with two available parking lots for rental cars, just minutes south of Fría. The views from any room, terrace, pool area and restaurant are amazing. Front desk is very helpful with recommendations and setting up catamaran tours, even last minute changes. The biggest complaint I can give is to the restaurant staff and Kostas who were around for breakfast and lunch. He has some of the best hospitality we’ve experienced making an excellent atmosphere. Volcano View hotel is going to be a repeat visit for is and a definite recommendation to any of our friends visiting Santorini for the first time.

Great location and Nice hote but service need to approve
We are here with a big group. We stay here for 2 nights. My first impression is really impressive about hotel and then staffs are really nice. However, I was at the restaurant area in a hotel on Sep 24 around 4.40pm, Two waitress(lady) were working on that shift and they are so mean with us. The way they are looking on us are really racist. They have no service mind at all at that time. We asked one of them " what kind of milk do you have ?" They said one word "Cow". Then we asked "how about almond milk and oat milk do you have ?" She said yes !!!!!. I just want to let the management team know about those staffs who ruin the great feeling of all guests. May be not only us that felt this way. Please improve those staff about service mind.
Beyond expectations
The location of the hotel is super Duper & Sun rise & Sun Set view from the room is amazing, You feel that you are on the edge of Volcano. The staff of the hotel & specially Mr Petros from Restaurant is young, energetic & charming & with smiling face , always greet us with our local Gujarati Language “ KEM CHO “ , which gives us the feeling, like we are at our home. Though not much hot vegetation choice, value for money.
Very good hotel with amazing views of the volcano
This is a very good hotel. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. The amenities are all as you would expect but there are two things that stand out; the buffet breakfast is very good with lots of options that never run out, and the staff as really so friendly and helpful in the entire hotel from front desk to waiters to cleaners to the bus driver.

Lovely hotel
Had a lovely 4 night stay here in September , view was amazing from pool and room …. Comfortable bed , nice fresh towels daily , room a little small but had enough storage , breakfast was great , the two guys serving at breakfast were very friendly and made such an effort with be everyone , overall a lovely stay , cocktail at the pool were a bit pricey but very tasty …
