Amazing hotel
This hotel was amazing. Everything was beyond our expectations. The staff were some of the friendliest and most welcoming people I’ve ever met. They take the time to walk you to your hotel room and explain everything to you when you check in. They deliver food to your room for no additional cost and it’s fresh and delicious. The amenities were incredible too. They had a peaceful pool and spa, as well as a gym and vitamin shop. The atmosphere was peaceful and calm which is great after a long day of exploring Santorini. The location is about 15/20 minute drive from the main attractions of Santorini. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and stay here again!

Thank you sooooo much to the team at Nous Santorini for making our trip the most unforgettable and relaxing experience! The atmosphere was tranquil. The staff were so helpful and went above and beyond to make our holiday relaxing and we’re all really kind. The room was beautiful and clean and huge! we were so thankful for the pool upgrade it was such a wow factor and made the holiday so so special. The food was deeelicious and so worth having half board for. We looked forward to the breakfast and dinners every day and ended up getting lunch too as the food was so good. It’s really easy to get a bus to Fira and Oia from outside the hotel (a 2 minute walk out the front of the hotel) so it’s the perfect location for peace and not be in the middle of the hustle tourist trap of Fira and Oia streets and allows you time to breathe. Hotel also helped us an arrange a car for a trip around the island which was amazing. Great value, you really get such a high quality experience. Thank you so much. Vacation in Santorini
The resort was excellent. The bar staff were my favorites. Special shout out to Theo, Daniel, Gaga and Vasil.
More like a self catering experience
We had a very mediocre experience here. Wouldn’t come back again, but it might suit a family or a business traveller if you like a more independent/ self catering type experience.
A few of the main niggles:
- We were told bottled water would be provided daily in the room, but it never was
- There was no mini bar in the room
- The tea and coffee at breakfast was never served despite us asking multiple times every day
- The bar and restaurant have very limited menu and are extremely expensive
- There is no late check out available
- The private pools in each room are nice but are all overlooked and very noisey
Good hotel with large pool, complimentary breakfast and walking distance to local shops.
I stayed at Nous Santorini Hotel for 2 nights with my large family ( 3 adults and 5 kids). I booked the stay through my American Express Platinum Card which gave us the benefit of earlier check in time, complimentary daily breakfast as well as a room upgrade. I originally booked 2 Euphoria suites, however when I asked about the room upgrade, the hotel upgraded us to the Bungalow suites which have private pools as well as separate seating areas, they also provided complimentary pull away bed/s for my kids in each room. The hotel is located within a walking distance to pharmacies, supermarkets as well as local restaurants ( reception staff gave us some amazing restaurant recommendations by the hotel as well as in Oia). Oia ( make sure to go there for the unbelievable, breathtaking sunset) as well as Fira are roughly a 20 minute Uber/cab drive from the hotel. I gave the hotel 4/5 because when you get up earlier around 7 am and walk towards the main pool/breakfast area you can still see a "mess" around the main pool chairs including empty dirty drink cups, dirty towels scattered around from the previous day. I just feel that for a 5 star hotel, things like these should be cleaned up the night before so guests don't have to see this mess the next morning. Otherwise beautiful hotel and very accomodating, friendly staff!
