We had an amazing stay at Radisson Blu Zaffron Resort. Everything exceeded our expectations – the beautiful hotel, spotless rooms, delicious breakfast, and the relaxing atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. They made our vacation even more special. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Santorini. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!
This is one of the best resorts we have ever stayed in! The staff were so welcoming from the start to the end! The hotel room was beautiful we had a complimentary bottle of wine when we arrived and our room was amazing! So clean! The hotel is not even a 5 minute walk from the beach so many shops and restaurants nearby! We will definitely be returning!
Lovely and well kept rooms. Very lovely staff and breakfast is the best I have had in my European tours
Fantastic hotel a lot of thought has gone into this build it is really nice in all areas
Hotel is generally good - stylish and does what it says on the tin. Management clearly care a lot about the property. Against the backdrop of a crowded luxury hotel market in Santorini and Greece more widely, I would say that it aligns with a traditional 4* by international standards. The rooms and spacious, recently furnished, clean and well-lit. Food in the restaurants was OK - nothing special, but consistent. Service across the stay was a standout feature - it was generally exceptional and we were treated very well, and with respect, akin to a traditional 5* hotel. However, there were outliers to this service - for example my partner was told when she was about to go on an excursion by one of the reception managers that she would have to walk into the local village to buy a bottle of water. They are 30p a bottle at the local shop, so this was a little silly, and a little discretion with the service from management could go a long way to secure some easy wins in the guest satisfaction category.
All in all, this is a nice hotel and I would consider staying there again.
