Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Staying here at the moment, this hotel is like paradise! Room is beautiful and Immaculate! Pool area is gorgeous, pool bar serves delicious food and drinks and so calming and relaxing. Staff friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Lots of choice at breakfast and a few mins walk to kamari beach with shops and restaurants etc...π¬π· π
Perfect place to chill out with a very helpful and professional working stuff. Located close to the airport and as the islands is not that big it takes only 40 min to get to Oia by car. The atmosphere in the hotel is perfect, rooms are clean and very comfortable. This is the hotel I will definitely recommend to whoever want to visit Santorini! And one more word to stuff- thank you for your smile, heart and kindness. That made our stay unforgettable!
I need to echo all the positive comments made by everyone else (no need to repeat) however I will highlight a couple of things.
Day 1 - went to breakfast around 8am & as we walked past the pool every lounger was reserved. No stress we just went to beach. Same on day 2 so again went to the beach but did complain. Day 3 - hotel staff resolved issue and after this day no trouble for anyone to get a lounger. The hotel deployed a member of the housekeeping team to stop people dumping towels and disappearing for hours and he was brilliant. He was firm but friendly and deserves a raise.
We stayed in a lovely room (mezzanine) and nearly upgraded to a private pool. My advice is donβt bother as private pools were all rear facing courtyard affairs with a view of a fence if lucky and if unlucky wasteland.
The hotel is set back from the beach so sea views are limited and whilst the location is brilliant to reach the beach (literally 2 mins) or the bars / restaurants (2 mins) it does mean views from rooms are not the best. My advice try and ask for a pool view. In saying this itβs a great hotel and I will π― return one day and staff / pool / rooms / everything was perfect
This place is 7 mins from airport and a great location. 25 mins from Oias prices reflect this in a good way ie reasonable!
This hotel is perfect the staff are so attentive and nothing is too much trouble. We was half board and the Al La carte evening meals where out of this world with a different menu every night.
Only down side sunbeds on poolside limited if you are not round pool by 0930 you would struggle to get one.
The rooms where amazing we had one with a plunge pool only downside it didnβt get the sun too much so we spent most of our time around the pool. So felt I wasted money on a junior suite.
We would definitely return due to the we can not do enough for you attitude of staff.
Thanks again
Fantastic 10 night stay. Great location, great hotel, great staff!!
