A fantastic hotel but can be busy and noisy depending on the wedding party!
We arrived at the hotel and had a good experience with reception the only thing we didn’t get told was about the gym being in the reception area downstairs. Bags were taken to the room for us in block 3 top floor.
The first two days were quiet and very relaxing, the breakfast was good and the evening buffet was also very good, but if the restaurant is quiet it isn’t always on, so its à la carte instead so less choice for us and no Greek food gyros souvlaki etc which we thought was a real shame so we ate elsewhere even though half board.
On the third day a wedding party arrived and things changed a bit one lad had a JBL speaker at the pool and everybody had to hear it, drinking all day didn’t help I think there were a few complaints about three or four of them but some of them were really nice but some let the group down badly.
We moved to a different pool around the back and calmness came back! We went for peace and quiet after a tough year so luckily the hotel the has four pools we had a morning out of the way at the fourth pool over the road too which was very quiet.
Positives.. location 2 minutes to the sea front and shops restaurants etc, we went half board but didn’t need too. 4 pools. The staff.. pool bar staff and restaurant at breakfast and evening all are brilliant, Grace in the evening was so polite and attentive it was a pleasure meeting them. The housekeeping team what can you say? The cleanest hotel we have EVER stayed in this is 4 star and it’s better than the 5 stars we have stayed in and it is very close to being a jet 2 indulgent escape! Staff were cleaning still at 11 pm and all sunbeds cleaned in the morning. Two shops across the road!
I don’t get the sunbed comments from other people we had no problems getting one after breakfast and very few towels were on
Negatives..not many just rowdy wedding parties. There were two when we were there there, one had forty and they were noisy very noisy brits! The other had 60 and not a peep! It’s the luck of the draw…
Overall a brilliant hotel we have rebooked for next year great location and staff. Let down by some guests that’s all I can say!

Wonderful hotel with lovely staff
Beautiful Santorini
11 nights at this beautiful hotel. The staff are amazing. Arthur and Denisa, always willing to help and always smiling. Our cleaning lady was also lovely. The hotel is perfectly situated. The aeroplane noise did not bother us at all. Breakfast was good, plenty of food. Cant fault the hotel at all. Handy supermarket across the street. We went to Fira to watch the sunset, went to Idol bar early enough to get a good table, downstairs is better. Drinks are expensive but not unexpected for the view. The local bus was ok, a bit chaotic, but cheap. Taxi back 30 euros. We also did the wine and oia sunset tour, really good, our tour guide Jacob was excellent. My husband and daughter did the sunset cruise on a small catamaran and had a fab time. Overall brilliant holiday.

Lovely stay in central location.
Lovely hotel and very central to Kamari. Spotlessly clean with an amazing balcony ( 310) over looking the pool with afternoon sun. Big shout out to all the staff members in the pool bars and breakfast areas who work extremely hard to ensure you have an enjoyable stay. Plenty of sunbeds and beautiful pools. Would definitely recommend and revisit.
