Amazing
Amazing location, staff, food. Simply first class. Santorini can be a very crowded location. Kivotos is in Imerovigli a short drive to Fira and Oia. We picked this location to have access to both cities without dealing with the overwhelming crowds. It was perfect with walkable access to many wonderful restaurants. The key for us was the following. The staff is amazing they really want every guest to have a spectacular stay. The location is beautiful amazing views. The breakfast, wow, but who doesn't like truffles on their eggs! We will return!

Incredible sunsets and gorgeous surrounds
One of the most beautiful and unique properties I've ever stayed in, it was almost impossible to tear ourselves away from the hotel at all. Looks better in real life than any pictures you can see online, the service, rooms, amenities, staff and views are all beyond expectation. Waking up to the insane view over the caldera for breakfast on our private terrace then spending all day by our private pool makes for memories we'll never forget. Luxury at every step, not to mention the most stunning sunsets directly infront of the hotel. Can't reccomend a stay here with someone special more.

We already miss this place
We just got back from three nights at Kivotos and honestly it was the highlight of our whole trip to Santorini.
The location in Imerovigli is unbeatable. You get the caldera, the sea, and those sunsets right in front of you every evening, and we never got tired of it. We'd just sit on the terrace and watch.
Our suite was incredible. Gorgeous shower, a big bathtub we actually used, and a private terrace with a jacuzzi and sun loungers where we ended up spending most of our downtime. Nice extras too, like an iPad, a speaker, and mood lighting that made the evenings feel really romantic.
The staff are what took it from great to unforgettable. They genuinely wanted to help with everything. They gave us a hand with the rental car, did breakfast either on the restaurant terrace with the view or in our room and on the terrace when we felt lazy, sorted out our sunset cruise and dinner reservations, told us about the beach club, and gave us great local tips.
The thing that really got us: they surprised us with balloons and wine in the room for a birthday we never even told them about. No idea how they knew, but it meant a lot.
We'll definitely be back, and we're recommending it to everyone. Thank you for an amazing few days.

Luxury stay highly recommended
The most beautiful hotel, we stayed in the cave suite and it was amazing. Beautiful little touches to make you feel extra special, wine on arrival a fruit platter and sweet treats. The staff are amazing and go the extra mile with their service. The restaurant food is amazing. Highly recommend this luxury stay and a bonus not to many stairs

A Black Dream on the Edge of a Volcano
From the moment we arrived we were welcomed in the most impeccable way, with genuine warmth and thoughtfulness that knows no schedule. The suite is an intimate refuge with an enormous shower like a private grotto, where you lose all sense of time. In the morning they bring creamy scrambled eggs, semolina bread and Greek coffee — enjoyed in bed or on the terrace, with 180 degrees of caldera before your eyes. Spectacular sunsets with no need to crowd into Oia. Staff always available, breathtaking view, unique atmosphere. It is not a hotel: it is a memory to build on the edge of a volcano. Highly recommended.
