Fantastic hotel!
My wife and I celebrated her 60th birthday in Santorini at Aeifos, October 8-12, 2025 and it was an outstanding experience! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The view from our balcony was stunning! We had a beautiful full view of the Caldera! And the sunsets were unbelievable! The hotel staff gave us a bottle of quality champagne and a fresh fruit plate and flowers upon arrival.
The special sunset birthday dinner for my wife was the pinnacle of our stay! The specially prepared birthday dinner was definitely Michelin Star quality! The chef also prepared the birthday cake and it was delicious, and the bouquet of fresh flowers was a special touch! The chef actually came out to greet my wife and I, which was incredibly special.
The level of customer service was exceptional! The staff were friendly, professional, and they went to great lengths to ensure that our stay was phenomenal. They even helped plan a private catamaran cruise and secretly told the ship’s crew about my wife’s birthday so the crew and skipper gave her a birthday cake and sang Happy Birthday.
Marianthi Savaidis, General Manager, was fantastic! She went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was excellent in every way! Eleni, Yannis and Polyanthi at the front desk were extremely helpful and did an excellent job! Vassilis, Katerina Panos and Christo in the restaurant were so welcoming and hospitable. Vassiliki and Imran kept our room spotless and tidy all day. And Alexandra, George, Nico, and Basset were awesome with providing the best cuisine ever!

The hotel is perfectly situated in Imegoveri - perfect sunsets. The staff here is beyond amazing. They go out of there way to assist you. First time to Santorini and will do it again and stay here again.

I found this place after reading reviews online and chose it because it looked beautiful, but also because so many people said the service and staff were incredibly welcoming — and wow, this was SO true. That’s honestly what made my stay so special.
First, where do I start?! I absolutely loved my room. It felt like my own beautiful little Greek apartment, and it even came with a hot tub! The pool is AMAZING — an infinity pool overlooking the water with views that honestly don’t even look real. These photos truly do not justify how breathtaking it is in person.
The service here is exceptional. Every single person welcomes you when you arrive and says goodbye when you leave, making you feel like such a valued guest. There’s so much care and warmth here.
Breakfast every morning was such a highlight! It’s a full breakfast (and SO delicious) with coffee, orange juice, and plenty of options — and imagine enjoying it while sitting by the pool overlooking the view. Pure magic.
Eleni is truly the heart of this place!!!! She helps coordinate everything and is such a beautiful soul. She made my trip extra special, especially since I was traveling solo. Seeing her every day made me feel so at home. She is organized, thoughtful, helpful, and radiates so much positivity, joy, and kindness.
The hotel also made everything so easy. Through them, I booked transportation to and from the airport, and they helped me arrange a catamaran cruise — which you absolutely NEED to do if you’re visiting Santorini! I did the sunset cruise (3–8 PM), and it was incredible. It included dinner, amazing views, and was one of the highlights of my trip.
Overall, I had the BEST stay ever. I spent hours relaxing by the pool, enjoying breakfast, soaking in the views, and loving my beautiful room. Everything here is clean, thoughtful, organized, and beautifully designed. Most importantly, everyone is so kind and welcoming — you truly feel taken care of and like royalty staying here.
A huge thank you to the entire staff, especially Eleni and Arneal and Jarrick, who I saw every morning at breakfast. They were always so kind and made my mornings extra special.
This place is absolutely beautiful, and I cannot wait to come back!!! Thank you for making my solo trip so memorable 💙✨

A Perfect Santorini Experience
Our stay at Aeifos Boutique Hotel was truly exceptional.
We stayed in the Niki Villa, and it was one of the highlights of our trip to Santorini. The villa offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Caldera, and honestly, the views were so spectacular that many times we preferred staying at the villa instead of going into town. Watching the changing colors of the sea, cliffs, and sunsets from the terrace was an unforgettable experience.
The service was outstanding from the moment we arrived. We especially appreciated the delicious breakfast delivered directly to the villa every morning, allowing us to enjoy a relaxed start to each day while taking in the incredible scenery.
A special thank you to the wonderful staff who made our stay so enjoyable: Eleni, Marianthi, Alisia, Mire, and Jerich. Everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, attentive, and genuinely kind. Their warm hospitality made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The housekeeping and room service were excellent, and the villa was always spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained.
The only small suggestion for improvement would be to add a safe deposit box in the villa. Apart from that, we have absolutely no complaints.
The villa was clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained. Most importantly, the views of the Caldera from Niki Villa are simply stunning and worth the trip on their own.
If you are looking for a peaceful, luxurious place with some of the best Caldera views on Santorini, we highly recommend Aeifos Boutique Hotel and Niki Villa.

Stunning views, excellent newly-built hotel with very attentive staff.
There are so many hotels on Santorini that choosing can seem very daunting. But recommending this one is easy. Everything is brand new, very clean and high end, and the views are amazing. The large infinity pool with views into the bay is such a bonus, if a little chilly! One of the main pedestrian paths is next to the hotel, and there are regular ‘ooos and aaarhs’ from passers-by that notice the huge infinity pool and deck area. There are several restaurants close by, but the hotel’s restaurant, The Boney Fish, looked nice, but we didn’t try it. The breakfast was very good with the usual continental cold spread and bakery, but also a selection of eggs cooked to order and hot food for self serve. The rooms were comfortable if a little lacking in drawer space. Fast WiFi throughout the hotel and pool area. Lovely staff who couldn’t do enough for you. Overall, very impressive!
