We had a wonderful stay at Aeifos Boutique Hotel in Santorini and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, beautiful, and authentic Santorini experience.
The location is fabulous! The hotel is in a quiet and charming area, yet very convenient. There is free parking near Monastery of St. Nicholas, and itβs only about a 4-minute walk to the hotel, which was extremely convenient for us.
Our room was extremely clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The peaceful atmosphere made it the perfect place to relax after exploring Santorini.
What truly made our stay special, however, was Entona at the lobby. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Her recommendations were excellent and made our experience on the island even better. Her warm smile and genuine hospitality gave us an extra sense of confidence and made us feel right at home. She is a wonderful representative of the hotel and deserves special recognition.
I highly recommend Aeifos Boutique Hotel if you want excellent service, a quiet location, cleanliness, and that warm personal touch that can make a vacation truly memorable.
We would absolutely stay here again on our next visit to Santorini! π π¬π·β€οΈ
To go to the room u have to go to the -2 level, leave through the garage day and night.
The view from our room was to what looked like a war zone. (See pictures)
Unacceptable for a 5* hotel.
I have thought long and hard about posting this as I do not like to post negative reviews, however i wish that I had read an alternative viewpoint prior to making our booking. While I agree that the staff are warm and lovely people, striving to deliver, our experience at this hotel did not meet our expectations of a 5* boutique hotel. Our honeymoon suite did not in our view have that βluxuriousβ feel and there were multiple deficiencies in service regarding the room such as the shower gel running out and having to ask for it to be replenished , our jacuzzi pool not being clean at the start of our stay nor cleaned during our 7 night stay and having to call down to reception to activate our air conditioning. I recognise that these are βfirst worldβ and not major issues, however they are things that we did not expect at a 5* hotel and at the price point we were paying. Likewise, the breakfasts were not of the standard that we have enjoyed in other similar establishments, and indeed what we went on to enjoy in Paros. There were extended periods where dishes were allowed to stand empty while preparing refills, additional coffees had to be requested rather than being offered and on 2 mornings there were no coffees or hot items at all due to a power cut. The latter is obviously not the fault of the hotel, however guests we spoke to at neighbouring hotels did not have to go without hot water or electricity etc for the extended periods we experienced as they seemed to have in place more effective back up measures. I do not want my review to detract from the wonderful location and look of the hotel, nor from the wonderful people who work there. However, in our experience it falls well below the 5* establishment it professes to be and we had expected, and this unfortunately significantly affected what was meant to be a special trip.
There are so many hotels on Santorini that choosing can seem very daunting. But recommending this one is easy. Everything is brand new, very clean and high end, and the views are amazing. The large infinity pool with views into the bay is such a bonus, if a little chilly! One of the main pedestrian paths is next to the hotel, and there are regular βooos and aaarhsβ from passers-by that notice the huge infinity pool and deck area. There are several restaurants close by, but the hotelβs restaurant, The Boney Fish, looked nice, but we didnβt try it. The breakfast was very good with the usual continental cold spread and bakery, but also a selection of eggs cooked to order and hot food for self serve. The rooms were comfortable if a little lacking in drawer space. Fast WiFi throughout the hotel and pool area. Lovely staff who couldnβt do enough for you. Overall, very impressive!
Our stay at Aeifos Boutique Hotel was truly exceptional.
We stayed in the Niki Villa, and it was one of the highlights of our trip to Santorini. The villa offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Caldera, and honestly, the views were so spectacular that many times we preferred staying at the villa instead of going into town. Watching the changing colors of the sea, cliffs, and sunsets from the terrace was an unforgettable experience.
The service was outstanding from the moment we arrived. We especially appreciated the delicious breakfast delivered directly to the villa every morning, allowing us to enjoy a relaxed start to each day while taking in the incredible scenery.
A special thank you to the wonderful staff who made our stay so enjoyable: Eleni, Marianthi, Alisia, Mire, and Jerich. Everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, attentive, and genuinely kind. Their warm hospitality made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The housekeeping and room service were excellent, and the villa was always spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained.
The only small suggestion for improvement would be to add a safe deposit box in the villa. Apart from that, we have absolutely no complaints.
The villa was clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained. Most importantly, the views of the Caldera from Niki Villa are simply stunning and worth the trip on their own.
If you are looking for a peaceful, luxurious place with some of the best Caldera views on Santorini, we highly recommend Aeifos Boutique Hotel and Niki Villa.
5/5 β We would gladly return and stay here again. βββββ
