Couldn’t have asked for more. Loved my experience there. The staff was amazing and very friendly. I spent the evenings winding down at the pool bar and the staff there were so kind and friendly and genuinely caring. I brought my mother on her bucket list trip and they insisted of making her stay as pleasant as possible. The location is amazing, kind of right in the middle but not too crowded or touristy. I’d love to come back to this place!
Disorganized
The property itself is nice and it’s a great location. Walking to Fira took about 10 minutes and I’m so happy we stayed in Fira vs Oia. There were several issues however. The rooms are not soundproof and you start hearing people talking, water running and church bells ringing very early in the morning. The bathroom hairdryer is from the 60’s and basically useless. There are no towel racks so you have to put hand towels on the counter and bath towels on the balcony
The breakfast was passable but not really good.
But the absolute worst part was that I reserved a taxi through the front desk the before our departure and the next morning they can’t figure out if it was booked so they put us on a van with 10 other people, leaving 15 minutes late and still charged us $40. Which is what a private taxi would charge. I would not recommend this place

"The perfect hotel! Everything is new, clean, and sparkling. Half a minute from the clifftop promenade in Fira. A lovely breakfast. Everything you could need! A wonderful staff. David at the reception gives the best advice around — patient and always smiling. A perfect hotel in beautiful Santorini :)"

Lovely hotel for Santorini holiday
The Santorini Palace is a lovely 4 star hotel. Located in the northern area of Fira which was perfect as it’s a quieter area but only 10 minutes walk to the centre and one minute walk from the Caldera for breathtaking sunsets. My partner and I stayed two weeks for complete relaxation. The hotel is modern and contemporary. Staff are professional and couldn’t be more helpful. We opted for a sea view overlooking the pool area. The room was modern, spacious and bed very comfortable. Sunbeds by the pool area were very comfortable and like lying in bed. I wish I could have taken one home. The pool area was nice and Sunbeds plentiful. We enjoyed breakfast with option to sit inside or outside on the terrace. We ate at the pool bar on a few occasions and the food was very good and reasonable cost as were drinks. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday in Santorini with great restaurant choices, with many close to the hotel. Food at Onar, Tholoto, Triana Tavern and the outstanding La Colline should be considered. The Santorini Palace elevated our holiday experience and that’s why we gave 5/5.
Amazing stay in Santorini Palace!!
Santorini palace is an extraordinary hotel, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, the cleanliness is exceptional, the views are very beautiful. The attention of the staff is amazing always helping guests have a very pleasant stay. The breakfast was very good, the restaurant service and food excellent.
