Panorama Suites

Panorama Suites was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived until the day we left, the staff was professional, friendly, and incredibly accommodating. No request was ever too much, and they were always ready to assist with anything we needed.

One moment that truly stood out occurred during our stay when we took an overnight trip to the island of Ios. Since they hadn't seen us for a while, the hotel staff actually called to check on us and make sure everything was okay. That level of care and attentiveness speaks volumes about their commitment to their guests.

The property itself is absolutely beautiful. The views are breathtaking, and our room exceeded all expectations. We stayed in the Outdoor Hot Tub and Caldera View Suite, and it was even more impressive in person than in the photos. Every time I looked out from our room, I was amazed by the stunning scenery.

The staff also does an exceptional job maintaining both the rooms and the overall property. Everything was spotless throughout our stay. One of my favorite touches was having breakfast delivered directly to our room each morning at our requested time.

The hotel's location was another major highlight. It is centrally located and conveniently close to the pickup points for transfers and excursions. There are also numerous restaurants nearby, many offering spectacular views, making dining out both easy and enjoyable.

One thing to note for guests staying in the studios or suites: these accommodations are located on the lower level of the property. Reaching them requires taking two elevators and walking down a few steps, or several flights of stairs if you prefer. However, this is common among many hotels in the area and is largely what makes those incredible views possible. It didn't detract from our experience at all, but it's worth keeping in mind if mobility is a concern or if you're not prepared for a bit of extra walking.

Overall, we had an absolutely wonderful stay and would highly recommend Panorama Suites to anyone visiting Santorini. The combination of outstanding service, stunning accommodations, and a perfect location made for an unforgettable experience.

The views from this hotel are incredible, the staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and absolutely ready to help you with whatever you may need. The food and drinks served poolside are tasty, and the complimentary breakfast was delicious. In short, no complaints at all. The location is also perfect, the front door is right off the main drag. I booked the executive suite - would do it again. It’s totally private, and there’s nothing quite like waking up to the incredible view of the caldera literally right in front of your bed. Some people complained about noise in this room - the noise from the pool, while audible, is minimal. The A/C is a bit loud, but that is not a unique issue to the room or the hotel.

It’s possible to get the same view for cheaper, but the level of privacy this hotel offers is tough to beat.

Had an amazing time. We staying by the pool view rooms and they were excellent. The room itself is very nice with comfortable bed and excellent air conditioning. The staff at the hotel is extremely nice for the waitresses around the pool, housekeeping, front desk and the guys carrying around the luggage. Views from the pool area are amazing and great to see the sunset Breakfast was also very good. Would definitely recommend this property
