Nefeles Luxury Suites

Stayed 2 of 3 nights which had reservation for. The property manager was extremely nice, very honest and communicative. Although I have to write so others who are accustomed to certain standards are not scammed as well. Let's start with star rating, NOT a 5 star property barely can touch 2 stars. Extremely run down and old. Walls have cracks all through them. Hole in the wall led spiders to come in home at night and we couldn't sleep because we were afraid of getting bit by them and I mean big spiders. Wife was frightened all night. Hot water takes 15 minutes to heat up and when does pressure so soft will take long to have full shower. I stayed in off season and advertised the plunge pool would be heated was not heated not even for a second of our stay, NOT one second. My wife was traumatized by entire experience and I will be demanding full refund for this horrific experience through card protection team. We left immediately after second night as soon as we could get a flight out and did not stay the third night we asked politely if we can be refunded for the last night and were immediately told no and could possibly use for future credit, what a scam. Was also advertised that breakfast is delivered to room and many people said that as well and we were told no we can't have that and must come down six stories walk daily. I caution you do not stay here will definitely regret it.

Absolutely amazing stay! The view was breathtaking, the room was spotless, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to Ion, the manager, who was professional, responsive, and always ready to help. He answered all our questions and gave us great recommendations that made our trip in Santorini even more memorable. Highly recommend this place—we would definitely come back!
