Wonderful
This Hotel is outstanding, great location, clean , fabulous rooms and views and wonderful food and choice of drinks. Above all it is about Dimitris and all the staff nothing is too much for them and to be greeted with a smile every day is something unique and very special!
The cleanest hotel and most polite staff
This hotel is very nice for couples, the hotel was absolutely spotlessly clean and every member of staff delivered the most helpful and courteous service. The hotel was absolutely immaculate and very well maintained. We went in May so it was quiet and seemed it to be running a reduced menu but that was no problem as the other two group hotels across the road served a full menu. The proximity to Fira was good, not suitable for a walk In the sun but the shuttle bus runs to time and was very good. My advice would be to ask for a room that does not front the main road and I would also ask for the second floor to get the quietest experience 😉.

Amazing experience
The experience at De Sol Spa, was simply exceptional. From the hotel staff to catering and Spa staff , all services were first class. The room was cleaned every day to highest standard. The quality of food was exceptional and general cleanliness around the hotel was outstanding. All staff were extremely courageous and helpful making the experience more special. The location of hotel is also perfect and small drive from all main tourist areas and airport.

I stayed at De Sol Spa Hotel in Fira for two days, and the highlight of my experience was the exceptional service provided by Alex, who works the night shift. From the moment I arrived, he was incredibly helpful, attentive, and genuinely committed to making sure every question or request was handled promptly.
Despite working nights, Alex was always cheerful, patient, and proactive. Whether it was guidance about the area, arranging small details, or simply ensuring everything was comfortable, he consistently went above and beyond. His professionalism and warm attitude truly made a difference to my stay.
People like Alex elevate the entire hotel experience. De Sol Spa Hotel is lucky to have him, and I would happily return knowing such reliable and thoughtful service is available.

Santorini Xmas and New Year stay.
We loved our suite was nice clean and got cleaned daily. Staff are so friendly. Dimitri was very special as he’s a great ambassador to hotel. He is multi talented. A great cocktail bar person too. I wish all hotels have a Dimitri working there as he’s an exceptional kind person.
Not to mention all staff whom I don’t have names for were very humble and lovely. Food was great and we really enjoyed Xmas and new year. A+++++
