The hotel is situated just a short distance away from the volcanic rocks of Santorini, lying just 1 km from Kokkini Paralia Beach. Guests will find themselves just 500 metres away from the centre of Akrotiri, while Fira Town lies just 15 km from the hotel. The guest rooms are sumptuously appointed, offering a sanctuary of peace and serenity in which to completely unwind at the end of the day. Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Stayed the first week in October - a good time temperature wise and a bit quieter on Santarini. Special occasion so booked the caldera view suite with pool option. Arrived off a late flight and the staff member on duty was great, as were all of the staff throughout our stay. Everything there was first class throughout our and we would certainly go there again.
Disgusting dirty, not cleaned properly mattress rust mark on the floor no kettle provided in rooms no mattress protectors sheets doesn’t fit the bed lumpy pillowcases to a few things wouldn’t recommend staying here whatsoever. Save your money and go somewhere much nicer. Totally different from the pictures only thing that’s nice is the view I asked if the room had been cleaned manger said yes I looked under the sofa and as you can see from pictures
We stayed at this hotel from May 8 to 11, 2025. On May 10, a very upsetting incident happened. While we were out for lunch, housekeeping entered the room. When we came back, I discovered that my expensive Tiffany & Co. diamond earrings were missing from the nightstand.
At first, we thought they had been stolen and considered calling the police. Later we found them damaged near the door — apparently knocked off and swept during careless cleaning. A staff member assured us the hotel would cover the repair costs upon receiving the receipt.
We trusted their word, didn’t involve the police, and submitted an official repair invoice from Tiffany. After that, the hotel simply ignored us and never compensated the damage.
We suffered both financial and emotional distress. If you value honesty and safety, I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. They make promises they don’t keep, and your belongings are not secure.
Absolutely fantastic hotel. Room was superb view amazing. We enjoyed Santorini sunset every night without the crowds of Oia. We didn't want to leave. Very special hotel. Great breakfasts. Staff realised daughters liked iced coffee in the morning and every morning ice in a long cupboard was delivered with straws before even raking ready for my two to make their iced coffee. So thoughtful. Well done. Loved it
A wonderful place with stunning views. We especially liked the room, the swimming pool, and the generous breakfast.
We visited other towns during our stay, but it was always a pleasure to come back here. We were very happy that we chose this place instead of staying in the city.
It was a peaceful and relaxing place, with no unnecessary noise. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for beautiful scenery and a tranquil atmosphere.
