Perfect during 5 days. The best hotel we had during our 4 weeks holidays. Personnel is very professional, nice and very helpful. Good advices (visit, nice beaches). beautiful view on Caldera Very well located
Absolutely Amazing
Absolutely loved every minute and everything about the Goulilelmos Hotel. Friendly attentive team, fantastic facilities and Fabulous views. Build into the cliff, the detail is amazing, the food is excellent and the service is exemplary. We loved it, we vidut Santorini regularly and this is a gem, the best hotel we have stayed in. Take a walk further up and you'll find a delightful village and the Castle of Akrotiri, worth a stroll! Dimitria is a wonderful host.
Excellent hotel.
We stayed here beginning of May this year very nice hotel and very clean. All the staff want to help with everything and are very friendly. 15 minute ride to firo Excellent food in the restaurant and breakfast is very nice.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and extremely clean. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, keeping everything spotless and comfortable. The view from the room was amazing and made our stay even more special. The breakfast was outstanding, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options for every taste. Everything was carefully prepared and of excellent quality. The service was impeccable. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The Edge restaurant was truly impressive. The dishes were full of flavor, beautifully presented, and made with high-quality ingredients. The wine list was also excellent and perfectly complemented the meals. Additionally, the car rental service was immediate and excellent. The recommendations for visiting wineries in Santorini were also outstanding and truly worth it.Overall, everything was flawless. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely love to return again. Thank you all for the wonderful hospitality!
A hotel we’ll never forget!
Without a doubt, this is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. My friend and I had an absolutely wonderful experience, and I honestly can't recommend Goulielmos Hotel & Spa enough. The room was beautiful, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. Housekeeping was exceptional, always making sure everything was perfectly clean, replacing towels, and keeping fresh bottled water in the room, which was greatly appreciated in the Santorini heat. Breakfast was excellent, with fresh fruit, pancakes, traditional Greek desserts, freshly made juices, and amazing coffee. The iced lattes were some of the best we had during our trip! The views over the caldera are simply breathtaking. Waking up and having breakfast with that view every morning was unforgettable. We also loved the location, it was peaceful and relaxing, away from the busy crowds, yet only about a 20 minute drive from Fira. What truly made our stay special, though, was the staff. Every single person we met was genuinely kind, welcoming, and always happy to help. A special thank you to Natalia and Julia at reception, Daniela from the spa, Roni in the restaurant, and the evening host, who even took some amazing photos for us. They all went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and their warmth made our trip even more memorable. Goulielmos Hotel & Spa isn't just a beautiful hotel with breathtaking views—it has a team of people who genuinely care about their guests, and that made all the difference. I honestly couldn't recommend this hotel more. If I ever return to Santorini, there is absolutely no question where I'll be staying. Thank you for making our trip so memorable! ❤️
