One of the nicest hotels in Akrotiri, amazing view, facilities and cleanliness. Staff was very friendly and guided us where to go in the island. Pool is a must do
Excellent small hotel with incredible views and service!
We stayed three nights and couldn’t have been happier with the views, breakfast, and service.
The views and hot tub/balcony with our room were unbeatable. The hotel’s location enables views of the whole caldera, enough of the sunset to still be amazing, and also a view of the ocean on the other side of the island.
Breakfast comes with the room and it was exceptional. It was made to order daily and everything we had was delicious.
We had great service - from dinner recommendations to driving service (for a fee) to other special requests. The staff was friendly and caring.
The only things we wished for differently were - less noise from the road (we didn’t know and had a room on the road side - would be good to request cliff side) although we got used to it mostly, earlier breakfast coffee (before 8am when breakfast opens), and maybe a heater for the pool. Still - it was easily 5 stars for us!

Ruined our anniversary
We stayed for one night and specifically booked this hotel with a caldera view and a private hot tub to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing.
The main reason we chose this hotel was the hot tub, but we couldn't use it at all because the water was extremely cold—even colder than the swimming pool. We were willing to pay a higher price for this special experience, but it was simply not worth the money since we couldn't enjoy one of the hotel's main features. We would have been better off staying at a much cheaper hotel and saving our money.
This completely ruined the romantic experience we had planned for our anniversary. My husband reported the problem to the reception, and we were told to "wait." But wait for how long? We were only staying for one night and ended up checking out without ever being able to use the hot tub.
The shower water was also cold until someone came to check our room, which was another major inconvenience. For the price we paid, we expected much better service and better maintenance of the facilities.
The caldera view was absolutely gorgeous, but sadly it was the only highlight of our stay. Overall, we left very disappointed and would not consider this experience to be worth the premium price.

Amazing!
I really liked this experience. Would love to return back. Wonderful view and people. The hospitality is excellent and everyone has such a want to give the best service. Feeling so sad leaving.
