on my 2nd night out 7 I was showering and the drain collapsed my foot fell through the drain had sharp metals bits all around it left me with a massive gash on my heel when and reported and said it’s my fault for being heavy (I’m 13 stone) the manager refused to speak to me the staff helped not one bit, give me this liquid that didn’t help ended up becoming infected so on my first full day to the very end I couldnt use to pool or anything, proper unsafe and definitely not worth the money make sure if you look at this hotel really do believe to reviews I would never ever pay to come here again absolutely disgusting food disgusting staff and such a horrible holiday
This hotel is definitely not a four-star hotel, as they claim everywhere. For us, it was at best a two-star experience. The room was basic but acceptable, while the bathroom looked terrible. It reminded me of a bathroom in a cheap school camp.
Pros: the location wasn’t too bad – about a 10-minute walk to restaurants and local stalls. The staff was friendly and quite helpful, and the Jumbo Club animators were also very nice and positive. That’s about it for the positives…
Cons (and the main reason for my 2/5 rating): the food. It was disgusting!! The only edible things were the fries, tomatoes, and the freshly made omelet. Everything else looked awful – either dried out on trays or floating in some smelly water, tasteless and unappetizing. Honestly, it was scary to even try anything other than fries and tomatoes. The all-inclusive option made no sense at all, since even the poolside drinks were terrible – and you simply can’t call those people bartenders.
Another big issue: the room was not properly cleaned. The cleaning lady only emptied the trash and sometimes folded the bed sheet in a “fancy” way. The sink was never cleaned, the floor was never vacuumed or mopped, the bedding was never changed, and the towels stayed the same throughout the stay. Sand and dirt were everywhere on the floor. The toilet didn’t flush properly, which caused discomfort and unpleasant smells.
Definitely not recommended 👎🏻
Very good experience! The hotel is very clean, the room cleaned every day, the staff very friendly, very helpful, always smiling. The food good quality! They've got shows and entertainment every evening.
Also the manager- Nikos very friendly, his effort to make our holiday a great experience it is appreciated. Thank you and congratulations for your hard work, see you next year for sure!!! 🙏 ❤️
Beautiful hotel with very friendly staff from the reception to those who work in the kitchen and bar. Very good for those travelling with family especially those who may have younger aged kids. My family and I enjoyed this experience so thank you Belvita and special thanks to Leo and Mary for providing the best experience at the all inclusive bar!
Great accomodation for lovers of cocroaches, giant spiders and bird's nests on balcony. Dirty bathroom, no door in our shower. Restauration without fans or air condition. You can't take your food outside. Food was ok, people working in the Belvita hotel too. The only thing I really liked was the location, good for making trips by a car or a bus.
