28th visit just love the amazing staff & location of this hotel you can access all of Rhodes on foot .. the hotel has a fantastic bar service with freshly made crepes savoury or sweet made by violeta , a fantastic restaurant with theamed food night , Italian , Mexican, Greek nights ect , reception always great you with a smile and nothing is too much trouble . The sunbeds are only a couple of years old & modern. Evening entertainment match’s the food nights.simply great , D spot band , b positive band , spark & harmony..& karaoke night , I really enjoyed … But the staff make this hotel .. & mangement team , headed up by Alex , margarita, Anastasia, also special thanks to Maria , alban, Tony Fabiana , malinda , Nictarious , daminos , Zara , in the restaurant.. In the bar pantalious , eddy kostas , komissa alban too & violenta … The bell boys Alex & Aldo , always there to help .. A wonderful stay in may & june , roll on October can’t wait 😜 ❤️❤️🇬🇷🇬🇷thank you all so much for great times

We arrived just after midnight, but there was fruit and a sandwich in the room, we bought a drink from reception and retired to bed. We had a triple room, but unfortunately there was only 2 of everything, cup, glass etc… which was disappointing.

The room was dated and dark, the shower was in the middle over the bath, which caused water to go over the bathroom floor and make it slippy, not ideal with one member of our group having limited mobility. There was a shortage of coat hangers. The main complaint would have to be the replenishment of toilet rolls, I’m not sure why we were provided with half used ones, which brings into question hygiene factors. Certainly not what you’d expect from a 4 star hotel.

The pools were nice enough, but the rush for sunbeds and people dragging them round so you had to literally climb over people to move around was a pain and a fire risk as there was no direct exit.

In the hotel the only toilets are downstairs, which for people with mobility issues is a no no.

Food, although varied was cold, which was really disappointing.

Stella was lovely and made everyone welcome.

We were fully inclusive and after eating out, bitterly regretted going fully inclusive.

On arrival had a lovely welcoming from staff. Our room faced the construction of the new hotel being built, asked to be moved which happened efficiently the following morning. Isolated pool area, wall locked, no air and on top of each other if you are lucky enough to get a bed. Doors lock the pool area until 9.30 and queuing was necessary. Location of hotel is great. Food not good, bland, cold and not much choice we ate out even for breakfast. Went to hotels beach 4 min walk no vacant beds or drinking/toilet facilities. Lounge area very small, outside area 7 tables overlooking the traffic. The hotel is very dated and worn. The staff were all excellent in every area but this is not enough to warrant cost as cannot camouflage as many negatives.
