Mitsis Petit Palais

It was from the best trips my family and I did it on the whole life. The employees are so kind and helpful. Each day the make up the room . Very clean rooms and areas. I like the variety of food. Very nice program during the day and night. Live music and parties om the pool. Very good for families and near to the all aktivitoes in the middle of town. Komissa was amazing in the bar. Thanks for the best drinks when its so warm and sunny🙏🍹🍹 Violetta thanks for the best snacks ever. Mike the most helpful and kind lifeguard. Kostas thanls for the best drinks at all and for you beautiful smile all the time.

It was our pleasure to stay in this hotel. The staff of the hotel is awesome: the waitresses and waiters and their chefs in the main restaurant: Popi, Stela, Apostolis, Alex and all other (I can not remember all other names) . Also all the staff in the reception, lobby and pool bars. The responsible man in the beach: he really loves his job and does it with a smile and kindness. What concerns the food: wow! Every day You have a choice to taste something new, from the cuisines of all of the world. We loved fresh beach and room towels, white bathrobes.

The staff here are so lovely and friendly, particularly Stella who serves during meal times. She was kind and attentive and made us feel welcome. Upon our arrival very late at night, the reception staff were welcoming and eager to provide any food should we have wanted any due to arriving so late. This hotel is in a fantastic location, right next to the beach and a 20 minute walk up to the old town. It is a half an hour drive from the airport. Our room was a large room, facing the front of the hotel where there was a busy construction site (another Mitsis hotel being built?). This didn't bother us much as we spent alot of our time out. The pool/area is quite small so we found ourselves visiting the beach often however the hotel allows for pool towels to be taken for the beach. The meal times and food options were great for us, being all inclusive. Lunch is quite short, 12:30-2:00pm. There are quite a few eating places nearby should you wish to eat out. We had a slight issue with ants randomly appearing in the bathroom on our third day here and once it was checked by a member of staff (due to a crack/hole in the wall), the hotel dealt with it and sealant was applied. However, an ant was still present each day thereafter. Apart from this, this hotel was absolutely great. It contributed to our wonderful experience in Rhodes.
