Lovely hotel with a fantastic location.
Clean, open and cosy hotel that is in a fantastic location! The hotel is right opposite Ellis beach and as a guest, you do not have to pay for the sun-beds. Just a short 15 minutes walk to the Old Town. Lots of amazing and authentic restaurants and cafe's near by too.
The hotel rooms are clean and spacious. We were initially put in the wrong room (miscommunication from the travel agent) however this was quickly resolved by the lovely Desposina at reception. Staff are really friendly and happy to help.
We had breakfast included in our stay which was perfect - lots of variety and vegetarian options which is always a bonus abroad.
Overall a really fantastic stay - will definitely pay a visit the next time we are in Rhodes.

fun vacation
we had a really good time and the service was great
Well positioned but noisy
We stayed in a room with a balcony and a side sea view. We did not however have any sea view without leaning out over the balcony from where you could just catch a glimpse. The location of the hotel is good for easy access to all of the city and the room was kept clean but there was construction works opposite which was very noisy. We were not made aware of this before visiting despite it being contracted by the hotel company. The sounds from the corridors were also not well insulated from the room. Breakfast was good with a range of types of food available. Overall we would say this stay was reasonable value but we would only stay again after construction work had finished.
Very nice hotel
This hotel was simply amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the professionalism and kindness of the staff. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and feels very luxurious. The rooms were spacious, extremely clean, and cleaned perfectly every day. Everything was organized to perfection, creating a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere throughout our stay. The service was excellent, and every member of the staff was friendly, polite, and always willing to help. We truly enjoyed every moment here and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a high-quality stay. We will definitely return!
A Wonderful Week at Mitsis
We spent just over a week at Mitsis La Vita and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff here truly go above and beyond, and the overall experience was excellent from start to finish.
A special mention has to go to Despoina at reception. Her kindness, warm smile, and constant willingness to help made a real difference every single day. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her, and she greeted us like old friends throughout our stay.
We also have to give a huge thank you to Alexia, the evening bartender. She's fantastic.... always up for a chat, genuinely friendly, and full of great local insights. She pointed us toward some lovely venues off the beaten path and happily shared stories about Greek life and culture, which added so much to our trip.
As for the construction across the road that some reviews mention....honestly, it's not as bad as it sounds. It didn't affect our stay in any meaningful way.
All in all, a fantastic hotel with a team that clearly cares about its guests. Highly recommend, and we'd happily come back.
