This modern All Inclusive City Hotel is located on the outskirts of the old medieval town of Rhodes, called the Town of Knights. The beach and the city centre with its shops, restaurants and bars can be reached within 15 minutes walking. The ancient stadium and the acropolis are also in the immediate vicinity. The hotel features 141 suites and a 24-hour reception, WIFI, bar, outdoor pool, mini-market and free on-site parking.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Great friendly hotel, all the staff were amazing, from room cleaner to manager can’t fault any of them. Food choices like all all inclusive were limited but good and tasty.
Pool area was a bit small but we knew that before booking, the hotel does give you pool towels, €10 deposit and exchange for free. The only complaint i have was the evening set up, you couldn’t sit outside. The bar was small and very hot, with a lack of atmosphere. I can only guess it was because of licensing laws as there is residential houses very close to the pool area.
There isn’t much in the local area, a shop 1 min up the road, a barber and a few coffee shops. It’s a 10 min walk to the old town and the reason we booked the here but unfortunately I hurt myself before going and am having to use crutches.
We couldn’t get a late check out but they have a shower room which we booked, it was used immediately before we were due to use and the cleaner went in before we got to use. Very clean and plenty of room.
The only reason I didn’t give a 5* review is purely down to the evening set up, I come from Scotland and love to sit out on a warm evening, if we didn’t go out we went and sat on out balcony.
We have been in this hotel from the 19 August to 1 September 2026 The first thing to note is that in the checkin we have to need to compile a form online. For me it Is not a problem but I Imagine that for eldest people can be a problem.
----- Structure ----- There is a very large reception, the 2 elevators are little and can contains no more four people without luggage or two people with luggage. The room has a good size but there a open wardrobe not enough little for 2 people There is air conditioned but the thermostat doesn't work. I have had to put colder temperature otherwise It doesn't start. The mattresses were very firm, and the pillows are uncomfortable.
------Staff ------- The staff is very friendly and available
Pool Swimming pool Is very little. The sunbed are not enough for all. The people put the towel in early morning for all day. I tried a morning to go to the open time but they had opened before and so there Is no free Place. However the sun bed were really sofà very unhygienic So we decided for all these reason to avoid to use
Food The food was acceptable but not for a 4 stars hotel. The choose was very limitated. We have had the same grilled fish almost the days excerpt for a couple of days Also the proposed cheese were always the same three. Greek feta is not so food as I ate in other Greek Islands The fruit in the lunch or dinner Is olways Apple and grapes or nothing!!! The ice cream was good. Only the breakfast had many things for all tastes For the drink, the cola is water and Sugar. Instead the Orange juice was very good quality.
Clean The room was always cleaned very well
Position The position Is very good to visit old town, instead to reach the beach we have to walk 15-20 minutes.
Overall impression The hotel offers all inclusive but they save money avoiding more expansive foods or limiting the quantity putting for example 5 bananas in the breakfast without replace them
Staff were friendly, room was big enough and spacious but the room had cockroaches in, sunbeds covered in ants. Pool is ok size but not enough sunbeds around pool. Food is terrible very small buffet not enough choice and options are very repetitive. Milk was out of dated and curdled at breakfast. Would not recommend. August 2026
It’s far from the beach. Not enough sunbeds and the pool area is really small. You can’t enjoy a drink in the evening outside as the pool area is closed off. The breakfast was horrible. Lunch and dinner was ok.
Where do I start with this place some good points and a lot of bad First impressions when you walk in very nice check in takes ages with QR code and filling forms when they have your passport info and booking info so allow time for this Then you experience the smallest lifts in the world up to the relivent floor your on lol The pool area is small and not enough loungers for the amount of rooms and people still get away with the leave towels all day go shopping and lunch and then use the places they put a towels down on. not hard for staff to monitor this or the lifeguard and remove towels after 30 min it’s that easy and it’s not like he’s got much else to do Food is very hit and miss the odd dish is good but don’t expect wow expect 3 star food with the odd well cooked dish breakfast is the same every day and after a few days you’ve had enough needs a bit of better bacon and cold meats as they are cheap rubbish and not to a so called 4 star level Now let’s get onto the drinks No real coffee for breakfast rubbish instant machine No fresh orange for breakfast just a juice like Robinson not real You can get better but you have to pay which I think for a 4 star is a bit of liberty Free drinks are ok but not as good as other places I’ve stayed in Rhodes The pool opens at half 9 and shuts at half 5 then after that there is no outside seating and all you get is a few tables near the bar which is stupid for a hotel this size and there is more room in reception than the bar area Most staff seem nice and polite few look miserable in the morning shifts all in all I don’t see how this place has a 4 star I went to pathos 4 star last year and it was unbelievable from start to finish This is a 3 star charging 4 star money but just not up to scratch in my opinion plus still got building work going on If it wasn’t for the fact of location and we could go out every day and walk to beaches this would have been a disaster
