Atrium Platinum Luxury Resort

This place was next level. Very child and neurodiverse friendly. Service amazing, especially poolside. We didn’t do the a la carte dining, did the buffet and poolside for lunch. Absolute dream holiday.

We have recently returned from an incredible one-week stay at the Atrium Platinum Luxury Resort in Rhodes, and honestly, it was one of the best holidays we've ever had.

We travelled as a family of three – mum, dad and our teenage son – and from the moment we arrived until the moment we left, everything was exceptional. The resort is beautiful, the rooms are spacious, luxurious and immaculately maintained, and the whole atmosphere is so peaceful and relaxing. It was exactly the escape we were hoping for.

The food throughout the resort was absolutely delicious, with so much choice and consistently high quality, & large portions. Every meal felt special, and the restaurants and bars were all fantastic.

What really makes this hotel stand out, though, is its incredible staff. Every single person we met was genuinely warm, friendly and attentive, always going out of their way to make sure we were having the best possible holiday.

A few people deserve a special mention:

Maria on Reception – she couldn't have been more helpful and made us feel so welcome from the very beginning. Natalia at the pool bar – always cheerful, incredibly efficient and constantly checking that everyone had everything they needed. She really made our relaxing days by the pool even better. George the porter – such a lovely gentleman, always smiling, helpful and full of useful information. Christina in the indoor bar – she made fantastic cocktails and was always so friendly. Krispa and Dimitri at the Greek restaurant – both were absolutely wonderful and helped create some truly memorable evenings. A special thank you as well to the blonde-haired gentleman working around the indoor pool, who was always so happy, welcoming and asking if everything was okay or if we needed anything else. His positivity never went unnoticed. Finally, to the wonderful waitress who started in the 9th-floor restaurant before moving to the Greek restaurant – we're so sorry we didn't catch your name. You were absolutely amazing, always smiling, incredibly kind, and you couldn't have done more to make every evening so special. Your warmth and genuine care really stood out.

The level of service throughout the hotel is second to none. Everyone works so hard to ensure guests have a truly memorable stay, and it really shows.

If you're looking for a luxury resort where you can completely switch off, enjoy exceptional food, beautiful surroundings and some of the friendliest staff we've ever encountered, we can't recommend Atrium Platinum highly enough.

Thank you to everyone for making our holiday so special. We left feeling completely refreshed, with wonderful memories that we'll treasure.

Arrived yesterday for the third year…this place is nothing short of outstanding. The entire hotel is spotless and the experience is flawless. Every single member of staff seems to come back each season which says something in itself. It’s a really personal service, especially from Klaudio. Top tip, you can’t reserve sunbeds and the pool manager, Faidra is the best we have seen in making sure that it is fair for everybody. We saw her taking towels of reserved beds so that everyone gets an opportunity, although there is never a problem with availability and they will always find you one. We simply love this place and its people.
