Lovely hotel & great service
This was our 5th time staying at Lindos Grand, we can’t fault it at all. When we first arrived around midnight there were two plates of fresh food in the room for me and my partner which was great after a long day of travelling. The room is always to a high standard & the cleaners are lovely. The location is great for us, it’s nice and quiet with a little supermarket across the road which is well stocked and there is also access to the beach from the hotel. Lindos town is a 10 minute taxi journey which is ideal as you just ask the receptionist for a taxi and they sort it for you! The reception staff also sorted us with a day trip to Symi which was stress free for us and the day trip was amazing. The atmosphere around the hotel is lovely, all the staff greet you which makes you feel very welcomed! The restaurants down stairs are amazing, the food is so fresh and the service is 10/10. Shout out to Nikos & Harris in the Italian & Asian restaurants and the Rooms Division Manager Aggeliki!! I’d definitely say you get good value for the price you pay. We already have our holiday booked for next year and can’t wait to come back! Thank you Lindos Grand ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Amazing….home away from home
Lindos Grand Resort and Spa….what can I say. Amazing stay. All staff were polite, helpful and nothing was a problem. They all went above and beyond to make our stay amazing.
We did a bed and breakfast stay as we are the sort of couple that like to adventure out and find local authenticate restaurants to go to.
Breakfast selection was plentiful and delicious but what made it even better was the view.
Our room was extremely spacious with a stunning sea view and amazing sunrise view also at 6:30am.
Rooms are cleaned everyday to a great standard.
Our only critic is that the bathroom does need a revamp. It is dated and also could do with TLC.
The hotel come with a private pebble beach with very comfortable sunbeds, water crystal water and very friendly beach bar, were you can get something to eat and drink (beach bar prices are reasonable).
Views and hospitality that cant be beaten
This was our third visit to the Lindos Grand Resort and Spa. The welcome is second to none always and the view as you initially walk through the entrance takes your breath away. We had two dinners in the Asian Restaurant which were superb. We used the private beach a couple of times as we found the pool cold and the sea is warmer! Just a minor point but it wouldn't stop us returning again. Thank you to all the incredible staff whom we now class as our friends. We miss you

An OK hotel, let down by it's staff.
This is not a five star hotel, it might tick the boxes for facilities but it is badly let down by the staff. First the positives, the room was good, albeit the safe didn't work, and nor did the fridge in the room (this was changed after 2 days) the engineer who came to deal with the safe was unable to fix the error code and just shrugged and said 'Chinese crap'. The bed was comfy, the shower excellent and the housekeeping staff did a great job. The pool is wonderful and there are plenty of sun beds. Now the negatives. We arrived late, about 11.45pm our welcome drink was unavailable, we did get a drink at the bar but when we asked about a snack we were told the kitchen was closed. But if we went to our rooms we could get room service. We asked if we could order the room service food but have it in the bar area we were told no. This continued the next day, we tried to order on the patio area, to be told that food was only available on the white tables not on the grey ones, despite the tables being less than two feet apart. The hotel has two gyms, one has a water fountain, the other does not (criminal really when temperatures are over 25c). The spin bike and the rowing machine in the gym with the water didn't work, so it was off to the other gym. There were two members of staff in a bar area next to the waterless gym, I asked one of them for some water, she said I would have to buy it. I reluctantly agreed, but then her colleague intervened to tell me that the bar area was closed and if I wanted water I would have to go to the pool bar and buy some. I ended up going to the other gym on the other side of the hotel to fill up my water bottle. This was typical of the terrible attitude towards service we experienced with many of the staff. It was rules before clients, customers as an inconvenience. Finally penny pinching, in a proper five star hotel nothing is too much trouble. Here, two decaffeinated coffee pods in the room on the first day and two instant sachets. Any refills 2 euros per pod for the rest of the week. A fruit bowl in the room on arrival disappeared on the first morning, never to return. On arrival there was a bottle of water in the room, once used it was never replenished, we just had to buy it. This just doesn't happen in 'proper' 5 star luxury hotels. P.S. the hotel is not that close to Lindos town, a 15 euro taxi ride each way is needed.
