Amazing hotel
This hotel is amazing! Actually the best I've ever been to for many reasons, and my husband and I will definately go back as soon as we can. The location is perfect by the beach and several beautiful restaurants located in different areas of the hotel serving delicious food or drinks for lunch and dinner. The surrounding are so beautiful and the whole area so beautifully decorated, like walking around in a art gallery.
The spa department, Aegeo Spa, was very professional with excellent masseuses. I was so lucky to be treated by both Maria and Lisa, who were both very professional. The experience was amazing, and the products they used smelled so good and made my skin feel so smooth. I received both a massage and a face treatment that I can highly recommend .
The service provided by the staff working in the hotel, was simply excellent! They were helpful, polite, aware and always very service minded.

Stylish modern & well run
Stylish , modern and well kept by good and friendly housekeeping staff.It is a large hotel but that meant our late season visit was fine as we could always find a quiet place to sit, swim or eat. The beachside restaurant, Spa and large swimming pool were highlights. We were upgraded on arrival & had our own mini pool which was great!

Quality hotel offering a high standard of accommodation and services.
The hotel is perfectly located on the beach in the Bay of Navarone. The sunrise over the Mediterranean is stunning. The hotel is large enough to never seem crowded. Our room was well designed with a decent pool (pretty cool at this time of year) and a really nice shaded area between the pool decking and the room itself, perfect for reading. It was quiet, mostly private and very calming. We went half board and were not disappointed with the food on offer for breakfast and dinner; it was freshly prepared, very tasty and with an eclectic choice which varied every night. Housekeeping was good and the hotel was kept spotless. Staff were efficient but a little distant at times, though the porters were excellent. We tried the lobster gourmet night at the Blue Fin restaurant (additional charge). The quality was excellent until it came to the main course - the lobster was virtually inedible; we strongly suspect they were clearing out the bottom of the freezers as the season closed. It also took far too long for the service and as the evening temperatures had dropped we were all getting cold beside the pool. The room also had maintenance issues; the aircon started to drip water which was not fixed properly after reporting and the bathroom extract fan didn’t work. One hopes in the closed season the rooms are throughly checked over; the hotel is 16 years old and maintenance needs will increase. WiFi was excellent, this isn’t an option any more. Car parking is pretty tight, more space needed, a lot of people have rentals. Shop really good with all the essentials. Overall a great hotel, more a top end four star than five but that’s not important, it offers a wonderful place for total relaxation.

Another lovely stay
Another lovely holiday at the Aquagrand. This hotel is a firm favourite of ours - we have stayed many times. We book a Princess Seafront room which have large balconies and great sea views, open the balcony doors and you can hear the waves breaking in the beach! Even when this hotel is busy, it retains its lovely, peaceful and relaxed atmosphere. The buffet breakfast was excellent, with a great choice of good-quality food. Special thanks to Anwar for his excellent, attentive service on the beach and around the pool. Our only disappointment was that, unlike in previous years, complimentary use of the beach cabana is no longer included with the Princess Seafront room. This was a lovely added benefit that we had particularly appreciated on previous stays. Overall, another lovely stay at Aquagrand, and we look forward to returning

Relaxing stay
Nice and quiet hotel with private cove. Only smaller buildings, not the typical hotel atmosphere. Food was great and the service, especially in the elements restaurant was exceptional (thank you Jenny).
Beach is a bit rocky, so you need shoes to go into the sea. But great and clear water.
A smart TV with streaming apps would've been nice 🙃
