I came in with some severe tension from traveling, and Sergio's work was absolute magic. You can instantly tell he has formal physiotherapy training. He adjusted his pressure perfectly, targeted my problem areas with real expertise, and gave great advice on posture/stretching afterward. It felt like a high-end luxury spa experience combined with top-tier physical therapy. Highly recommend!
Perfect getaway
Everything about this holiday has been fantastic, the food, room, spa facilities, my daughter and I had an amazing spa session with Orawan amd Sergios and the care and warmth they showed was 5*. We will defiantly be coming back.

Amazing hotel with the best staff
We stayed here all 70 of us for our daughter and son in laws wedding .
The concierge (eugenia ) made everything happen that we needed and we had the most perfect wedding and holiday
The wedding wasn’t at the hotel but we had a room on the day for the bridal party with a Buffett breakfast . Eugenia even arranged to take all our belongings back to our room so we didnt have to sort ourselves.
Our room cleaners were amazing and what ever we asked of them they did , we stayed in room 1272
Lots of sunbeds always available and the pools were great
Food was lovely and all staff were great.
Would love to go back to this wonderful hotel.
