Great hotel and spa
Wonderful resort with a beautiful spa. Had a great massage.
Dissapointed
The hotel itself is clean and quite impressive. The beds are comfortable, and the shower is powerful with plenty of hot water. One small inconvenience was that the dressing table faced a large TV rather than a mirror, with the only mirror being in the bathroom.
The food was warm at best. While there was plenty of choice, much of it was repeated throughout the week, making it feel quite repetitive. One thing that really irritated me was having to pay extra for fresh orange juice at breakfast. This is an all-inclusive hotel, so charging extra for a glass of fresh orange juice seems unreasonable. The only juice included was from a machine and tasted artificial, with no fresh alternatives available. The fruit selection was also disappointing, and the pastries were of poor quality with very little choice available.
The drinks were the worst I've experienced in a 4-star hotel. The daiquiris were nothing more than syrup, a single ice cube, and a shot of rum served in a plastic beaker. The lemonade was frequently flat and tasted dreadful. If you're a beer drinker, that's okay.
Unfortunately, the service was also inconsistent. The pool attendant was rude, and some of the bar staff were unfriendly, which detracted from what could otherwise have been a much more pleasant stay. I am disappointed, and I wouldn't return.

Sooo Relaxing
Both me and my daughter had a joint treatment. I booked a Cretian massage and my daughter had a facial. Marissa and Katya were our therapists and they were very friendly and professional. We were so relaxed after our treatments, they were amazing. Would definitely recommend.
A perfect summer holiday, year after year
We are here second time!!! Amazing hotel! Very clean, very big There are so many guests and you just don't feel it. The staff is unbelievably kind and helpful. Always doing their best to make you smile. Especially Ivgenia who was with us all through our stay to make sure we are satisfied with our vacation. The animation team is great! We came with 3 kids and felt like a couple. The water gym... I'm gonna miss it 🤭 There is no doubt I'll see you next summer... Thank you so much for an outstanding vacation ❤️
