Excellent hotel and relaxing holiday
The port royal is a wonderful hotel and very relaxing. The location is excellent next to the beach and local shops and restaurants.
The majority of the staff are amazing throughout the hotel and cannot do enough for you. Special shout out to Maria and her team at the pool bar on an evening who were all wonderful and hardworking.
The food is plentiful and in the main excellent (bar the bacon and sausages at breakfast) in all restaurants.
The gym is adequate and extremely clean and cool!
Sunbeds were plentiful all throughout the day and we never did not find some regardless of the time of day- especially at the beach.
The AI plus on jet2 is just AI - no different. Once you get used to the menu there is still plenty of choice in branded spirits. At the start of our holiday Prosecco was included in the AI but changed near the end for some reason?
My only negative was with the attitude and rudeness of some of the reception staff which I speak to the management know before I left who took my comments on board. Also be prepared for some of the wildlife and gifts left by cats. Also there as a lot of mosquitoes so ensure you take sprays from home as the local shops do not sell it.
Best Italian Ever
Second time at this resort in just under a year, just wow wow wow....Giota and her team never fail to amaze. The best food, atmosphere and italian cuddle while relaxing in this beautiful resort 😋

Lovely room ,pool lovely, food is lovely and staff are fantastic, especially Romeo at the beach who treats me very well. I have returned mainly because of the hospitality and kindness from Romeo in particular. Fantastic service great
Amazing holiday
One of the best holidays I’ve ever been on. Beautiful hotel, staff could not be more helpful or friendly especially the wonderful young lady who greeted us each morning at breakfast and our favourite “beach boy’ food is excellent quality, Everton’s clean and efficient. The only very small downside is the sunbed situation. Paying £20 to reserve a bed each day is quite expensive but you get dragged into it you want to sit by the pool. The beach however is generally good for getting a sunbed that’s not reserved

Beautiful hotel
A beautiful, relatively small-scale hotel with a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere. The sun loungers by the pool are very comfortable, and there are usually plenty available if you arrive in good time (after 10 a.m. it becomes more difficult to find one). If you have a favourite spot or prefer to sleep in, you can reserve a lounger (two sunbeds and a parasol) in advance for €20. The restaurants have a lovely ambiance and serve food that is well above average in quality. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Another big plus is the location: the hotel is situated at the end of the main street in the village of Kolymbia, so all the restaurants, bars, and shops are within easy walking distance, while the hotel itself feels like a peaceful little oasis.
Suggestions for improvement: It would be great to have a proper refrigerator in the room instead of a minibar that doesn't really keep things cold, so guests can store their own drinks and snacks. Also, a bit more variety at breakfast would be appreciated, as the selection is almost the same every day.
