Our lovely experience
Amazing experience, the whole stuff is so nice, friendly and pleasant! I would especially like to mention Livan, who went above and beyond to make my birthday special. He was incredibly kind, helpful and attentive, and even took the time to film the birthday surprise for us (him and the other workers prepared a dessert with candels for me). His genuine kindness and positive attitude really made the moment even more memorable. Thank you so much! ❤️

Not a five star.
Definite pros and cons to this hotel. We were only B&B so maybe a different experience if we had booked all inclusive. This is not a five star hotel - too many rules and regulations which are broken by staff when we "obeyed" them to the letter!!
We paid for a beach front bungalow as celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary and were given a room upstairs and set back from the other "bungalows" of the block. The view was minimal of the beach/sea. Definitely not what we paid alot of money for!
You cannot remove items from the mini bar to use it as a fridge so all our water had to stay warm as also forbidden to ask for a plastic glass of ice cubes to take to the room! This is hotel policy apparently!
Pool towel lady randomly decided on one occasion that she would let someone else have our beds even though we only left them for 20mins after been told on our first day we were allowed 30 mins!
All the staff at breakfast were lovely and nothing was too much trouble/pool waiters/waitress were brilliant bringing your order direct to your bed (if you could get one).
Overall lovely, clean and decor is great but all the rules make it a bit like been back at school. Watch out for hidden charges - you can only have filter coffee at breakfast for example , anything "made" is charged for.

Amazing
From the moment we arrived at the hotel the staff were extremely attentive, our cases were taken to our room and we were greeted with a bottle of Fizz & a cake as I had advised the hotel we were celebrating our silver wedding Anniversary. All the staff were amazing, kind, friendly and so helpful. Maria at the main pool, Maria at the main pool Bar, Vasilis at the Bar in reception, Osteris the waiter at the Kalithea Pool, Enver also at the same pool and all the ladies at breakfast. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff always working to ensure this.
