Good clean friendly staff are very nice
First impressions wasn’t good at all we got a room but not the room we had booked it over looked shop fronts was noisy at night and the air conditioning wasn’t working this ment the first night we had to have the door open we got bitten to death! Next day we complained but there was no other rooms available! Seemed the room we had booked had been over booked we had booked a year before! We were told that we could be moved but not for 2 days! Me and my children had been eaten alive by this point we couldn’t sleep as it was so hot and the air conditioning despite someone coming to look at it wasn’t working correctly! Once we had been moved the room was much nicer it was newer cleaner but on the small side the food was amazing always something different and enough of a selection even for a fussy eater, pool was ok but very busy as there is only one most days you wouldn’t be able to get a sun bed unless your up early, drinks at the pool bar not great the water machine clearly needs a good clean as tastes of mould! Drinks ok staff always smiling we had a lovely time despite the teething issues
