Surrounded by palm and olive trees and a delightful garden area with four fountains, the attractive Golden Odyssey hotel complex comprises eight buildings on 25,000 m2, including a main building and various bungalows. It features a variety of excellent services and amenities such as a daily shuttle to one of the cleanest beaches of the island, which is about 950 m away. The centre of Kolymbia with numerous shops, restaurants, pubs and nightclubs can be reached within a short stroll. This hotel is ideal for guests wishing to spend a beach holiday in one of the nicest areas of Rhodes.

Best Resort
We, family of 4, just came back from Golden Odyssey after spending 5 nights there. I am short of words to explain about the resort. It was perfect in every way- Food was yummy, delicious and mouthwatering, something for everyone including kids-pizza, pasta, chips, snack counter was the famous amongst kids, water slides super good and smooth with life guards around. Clean hotel, rooms cleaned everyday with clean towels, resort facilities are good including free shuttle to beach. Also, we took public buses to Lindos and Rhodes old town. These buses were no less than a private coach. It has WiFi and AC and costed 4 euro per person each way, kids free or 1 euro. I just loved the hospitality everywhere. We made lifelong memories at the resort. Thank you everyone.

Minus på vores værelse, ingen hylder kun bøjlestang i klædeskab. Rengøring: Daglig rengøring, sengeredning og håndklædeskift. Udeområde: Her også daglig oprydning. 4 pools, hvilket gjorde at der ikke var crowdet. Restaurant: All inclusive hotel. Ikke så variet, men noget for alle. Personalet utroligt serviceminded. Underholdning: Vi brugte kun at børnene var med til mini-disco. Service: Betalte for ekstra timer på hotel, og leje af boks. Måske lidt overpris. Men VI KAN KUN ANBEFALE.
RECOMMENDED. We were away for 1 week, 2 adults and 2 children. The hotel is all in all a 4 ⭐️ Danish standard. Room: Family room with direct access to the pool. Minus in our room, no shelves only a clothes rail in the wardrobe. Cleaning: Daily cleaning, bed making and towel change. Outdoor area: Daily cleaning here too. 4 pools, which meant that it was not crowded. Restaurant: All inclusive hotel. Not so varied, but something for everyone. The staff is incredibly service-minded. Entertainment: We only used the children to go to the mini-disco. Service: Paid for extra hours at the hotel, and renting a safe. Maybe a little overpriced. But WE CAN ONLY RECOMMEND.

Great place!
We had a fantastic stay! The hotel was clean, the food was great, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our holiday. The entertainment team also did an amazing job and made the experience even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back!

Would not reccomend
The hotel rooms and the hotel area were not clean. Water in pools were yellow and colored lighter bathing suits. When we arrived we got the wrong room, rood receptionist didn't want to help me and give me the right room, had to wait one night until I got the right room. The restaurant personal were amazing 10/10, food was good, breakfast and lunch a little simple and alway the same, but dinner had changing foods.
Family holiday hotel, helpful staff and clean.
Very clean rooms. Turned down each day. Staff helpful and polite. Plenty of food throughout the day. Help yourself to local beer, wine and soft drinks all day. At 6 the bar opens and the same applies but you can also get local spirits and a few cocktails. There is also a drinks menu that you can purchase from if you want something different. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and bar snacks, something for everyone. There are some staples that are always available as with any all inclusive and a few dishes that change. Plenty of fruits and salads too.
The silly plastic cups that you serve your own drinks in are annoying. Flimsy and small so you need to get up n down to replenish. I know glass can’t be around the pool but there are better plastic cups out there and there would be less plastic waste too!
Plenty of pool options during the day and slides. Kids entertainment of an evening. Table tennis in the shade and tennis courts available (way too hot when we were there for that).
15 min walk to main shops - one on site is hugely and ridiculously expensive. Supermarket and smaller ‘corner shop’ 10 min walk with reasonable prices.
Beach is 10 mins max on free shuttle bus or a 25 min walk. Shingle getting in and out so take beach shoes so you can get in and out the sea with ease. Sun beds can be hired from €10 a day for 2 with umbrella if you are staying at this hotel. Towels can be hired for the beach (and pool), €10 euro each but this is refundable. Plenty of water sports at this beach too.
There are some lovely restaurants and bars in the main shopping area that are well worth a visit when you fancy something different. Reasonable prices too.
