Today is my last day of a fabulous week at Cooks Club. From arrival, I was made to feel at home!
All of the staff were amazing but I have to give a special mention to Emmanuel. Emmanuel - the trip was even more special because of you! Thank you for taking care of me, all of the recommendations you gave, checking in every day.
The hotel is spotlessly clean, and incredibly aesthetically pleasing - an instagrammers dream! Pool service is fantastic, food is brilliant and nothing ever feels like too much trouble. The evening entertainment was also brilliant, a particular highlight being over the weekend when the bar men were joining in, on the bar dancing, getting everyone hyped up!!!
Thank you for a great trip ❤️ this won’t be the last you see of me!!!!
I highly recommend this hotel & would go back again. We spent 5 nights there and were SO impressed! My only wish was that we booked to stay longer!

Great holiday at Cooks Club Kolympia. We’ve had a wonderful week lounging by the pool, ordering food and drink to our sun lounger, and at night time eating in one of the 3 great restaurants and enjoying the bar experience playing cards and listening to the music. One of the highlights for us was doing Iyenga yoga with Haris in the mornings. Wonderful teacher who takes her time making sure you are comfortable and correct positioning and a really great energy. We also enjoyed playing tennis too and getting the bus to Rhodes Old Town and Lindos two days. Fantastic breakfast and nice staff everywhere. Although we were in a room right behind the bar when we arrived which was too loud for us, we told reception and got moved to a quieter room the next morning. I’ve not met anyone who had a double bed which wasn’t two singles but that could just be the guests I spoke to. The rooms were spotless and clean and tidy and a nice decor and large enough. We will definitely be back, thank you for a great stay ☀️🧘♀️🧘♂️
We had a truly wonderful stay and enjoyed every moment of our holiday. The Cook’s Club exceeded our expectations in every aspect. We are travelling worldwide and staying in different hotels. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. The atmosphere was enhanced by the great music throughout the day and especially evening live music shows with very successful performers, creating a relaxing and enjoyable vibe. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The 2 restaurants (Asian and Italian) offered excellent food with plenty of variety, and every meal was something to look forward to. Of course, being in Rhodes made the experience even more special. The island is absolutely stunning, with beautiful sandy beaches, rich history, and amazing hospitality. A very special thank you to Emmanuel for his exceptional service and kindness. We would also like to thank the Albanian waiter (with beard) and waitress (blonde hair) (unfortunately we forgot names, sorry) at the Asian restaurant and the Pool Bar at night, whose warmth, professionalism, and friendly attitude made us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our stay. Thank you to the entire team for making our holiday so memorable. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rhodes!
Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Overall, I'd describe this as a bit of a mixed experience. The resort itself is undeniably stunning, with beautiful surroundings, immaculate grounds, excellent music, and a vibrant atmosphere. It's exactly the sort of place that looks incredible in photos and is perfect for social media. However, despite all of those positives, we personally came away feeling slightly underwhelmed overall.
One of the main reasons was the half-board offering. On paper, a four-course evening meal sounds excellent, but in reality the choices felt quite limited. The menu typically consisted of one soup, three starters, two main courses (usually one meat and one fish option), and then a choice of either dessert or ice cream, rather than both. The Italian and Asian restaurants, along with anything from the à la carte menu, were available only at an additional cost. It did feel as though the half-board menu was designed to encourage guests to pay extra if the included options weren't to their taste.
That said, it's only fair to say that the quality of the evening food itself was consistently very good. We couldn't fault the standard of the dishes once they arrived.
Breakfast was another area where our experience differed from many of the reviews we'd read. While the fresh fruit selection was excellent, we found many of the pastries to be stale, and the hot buffet selection fairly basic. It also wasn't made clear that items such as fresh orange juice needed to be specifically requested, as we were only ever offered coffee when seated. Service at breakfast was inconsistent and often slow. Trying to get a second coffee frequently involved either waiting a long time or struggling to attract attention. It was also frustrating to see freshly prepared eggs sitting in trays behind the counter rather than being readily available on the buffet.
The pool areas were attractive, with comfortable sun loungers, although you did need to be out early to secure a good spot. The hotel does enforce its 15-minute unattended lounger policy, and we saw it being applied on several occasions, so the signage is genuine. Pool service, however, was inconsistent. Sometimes requests were dealt with promptly, while at other times we were either ignored or forgotten altogether, to be honest we gave up in the end and stuck to water from the onsite shop
One area that really stood out positively was the main pool bar in the evenings. The service there was consistently excellent, the seating was comfortable, and the atmosphere was lively without being overwhelming. It became our favourite place to spend the evenings and was undoubtedly one of the highlights of the stay.
Overall, this is a beautiful resort with excellent facilities and plenty of style. However, we felt that the service and the value of the half-board package didn't quite match the premium feel of the hotel. With improvements to consistency and guest experience, it could easily live up to its impressive surroundings.
