We had an absolutely incredible stay at Casa Cook Rhodes. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, stylish, and maintained to the highest standard. The atmosphere is so relaxing, the rooms are stunning, and every detail feels carefully thought out.
The highlight of our stay was definitely Chrisa. She is truly exceptional. She took care of us throughout our entire stay, remembered every little detail, anticipated our needs, and always welcomed us with a genuine smile. Her kindness, professionalism, and warmth made us feel special every single day. It’s rare to meet someone who is so dedicated to making every guest feel at home.
A huge thank you to the entire Casa Cook team for creating such an unforgettable experience, and especially to Chrisa for making our vacation even more memorable. We can’t wait to come back and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect getaway.

What truly made our stay special was the exceptional service from the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile. A special mention must go to Chrisa, whose care and attention throughout our stay were outstanding. She looked after us wonderfully during breakfast each morning and was equally attentive and helpful during the day whenever she was on duty. Her warm, genuine hospitality made us feel valued and well cared for, and she is a real credit to the hotel.

The greatest strength of this hotel is undoubtedly its people. Every member of staff we met was kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The reception team made us feel at home from day one, while the restaurant staff consistently provided outstanding service, making every meal a pleasure. A heartfelt thank you goes to Chrysa and her colleagues at breakfast. They greeted us every morning with warmth and positive energy. Their kindness and attention to detail made every breakfast a pleasure. During our stay, we were celebrating a birthday, and the hotel surprised us with a beautiful birthday cake at our table. It was completely unexpected and such a thoughtful gesture that made the occasion even more memorable. Everything about Casa Cook creates a sense of calm—from the stylish design and immaculate facilities to the tranquil surroundings. Fantatic couples stay - very relaxing
We had a fantastic couples stay at Casa Cook. The room was clean and beautiful and so was the pool. A shout out to the pool guys who worked so hard to keep it leaf-free morning and evening. They were very friendly and respectful. The food at breakfast and dinner was varied and delicious. Chrysa at breakfast was always on hand and helpful. The reception staff and room transfer guys were also very helpful and friendly. Of note, Tsambica, the customer experience manager, really helped us with recommendations on what to do on the island and where to go. She was very friendly ans professional. Thanks a lot to her! The stay was definitely value for money and we didnt want to leave!
