We just passed half our stay at Casa Cook and wanted to mention some staff who are making our stay very special. To start with all staff is really fantastic. But some of you we would like to mention, especially those working at breakfast and dinner. They are the ones who make our stay very special. We would like to mention Melissa, Kostas, Chrysa, Adamadia and Orestis. We would like to name everybody but unfortunately we don’t know all the names. You all make us feel welcome and very special, from the moment we arrived. You should all be very proud of yourselves making us feel at home. Rudi & Dominic
I had really high hopes for this hotel and in the main it didn't disappoint. We were half board but ended up switching to B&B. If you go HB you have a set menu to eat from. It is LIMITED and there is no vegetarian option on the actual menu. You need to ask the staff (which is fine for a lot of people but others feel like a nuisance and don't like to ask.) The food was amazing, both the kitchen restaurant and the Olive bar served up some brilliant food. The room service was also some of the best I have experienced. Big thumbs up on food (once we switched to B&B and could eat from the whole menu)
We had a split level suite, the rooms WAS STUNNING. We had the sun on our deck from 12 noon so perfect for the afternoon. We did have a couple of niggles:
The supermarket is a 5 mins walk away and you can get anything you need. Walk another 15 - 20 mins and you have a lovely area with bars, restaurants and more little shops to have a wonder and mooch about.
All in all it is a beautiful hotel. The super chilled atmosphere, no loud music and no one being loud on their phones is total bliss. I would totally go back but I would do B&B for sure this time.
Thank you to Casa Cook Rhodos for another wonderful holiday at your lovely hotel and a thank you to Chrisa, Kostas, Prestis and Melissa
Chrysa at Casa Cook is an exceptional waitress and bar person who looks after her guests at all times with friendliness and charm. Haris Lyroni is a fantastic yoga teacher who has inspired me to take up yoga at home. Beautiful surroundings and exceptional facilities make this a stunning holiday destination
Haris was such an incredible yoga teacher, she followed up with us after each session, tailored it all to our needs and recommended a studio for us to visit back at home in the UK! Incredible, cannot recommend the yoga here enough!
Chrysa was absolutely incredible she couldn’t do enough for us by the smaller pool bar, bringing us drinks, chatting to us each day - she is honestly amazing. The staff here really make this a truly incredible 5 star hotel to go to, the food is amazing, pools are beautiful, the atmosphere is 10/10.
And the personal trainer in the gym is super helpful if you need anything explaining, great gym equipment which is rare for a hotel!!
Cannot recommend this hotel enough! Bit far from old town but not an issue with the frequent buses
