Amazing hotel
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Absolutely amazing hotel – definitely deserves its five stars!
We had such an amazing stay at the Atlantica Imperial Resort. From the moment we arrived, the whole experience was fantastic. The hotel really does go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need throughout your stay.
The staff were incredible. Every member of staff we came across was friendly, helpful and genuinely couldn’t do enough for us. Their service really stood out and made the whole holiday even more enjoyable.
The food was also really good. One thing I particularly liked was how the food changed each evening, so it never became boring or felt like you were eating the same thing night after night. There was always something different to look forward to.
The pool facilities were great, and the bar was lovely. The evening entertainment was also amazing and really added to the atmosphere of the hotel. There was always something going on, and it made the evenings really enjoyable.
We also used the taxi/transfer service recommended by the hotel, Luxury Transfers, and they were excellent too. The service was reliable, comfortable and really added to the overall experience.
The only thing I would say could be improved is the spa. I didn’t particularly like that there weren’t set prices available and that you seemed to have to negotiate a price for treatments. The spa itself was nice, but personally I didn’t feel it was anything particularly special compared with the rest of the hotel.
Other than that, I honestly can’t say enough good things about this hotel. The service, food, facilities, entertainment and overall atmosphere were fantastic. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely return.

We have yet again visited our favourite hotel in Rhodes to which we have been coming for around 17 years (could be longer) The weather in September is great ,lots of sun and a lovely light breeze . Very high standard and great location . The rooms are fantastic, spotlessly clean .Facilities excellent including a Spa The staff are helpful clearly enjoy what they do and will try to deal with any queries you have . Wet cooled face flannels and a drink of sparking wine greet you on arrival . It was nice to see that new sun lounger mattresses had been provided which were very comfortable . 2 points where i feel there could be some improvements
- The food is of excellent choice and caters for all tastes which is very good indeed.Some of the food however is not hot enough in the prepared dishes , perhaps something could be done to address this ?
2)The music from the new Cove Bar needs to be quieter .This bar is a new addition and is a good idea .However we had to ask for the music to be turned down for 3 days running as it spoilt out enjoyment of relaxing Yes it was done each day then the next day it was the same loudness! It was eventually adjusted but this is something that could be avoided easily . We have no problem with low background music but not too loud to spoil the days and guests relaxation . Do these 2 points negate our review or rating, no. The fact that we return every year (and so do many others ) shows how good this hotel is and we have watched with pride the evolution and changes that have taken place . It is indeed very special and a great credit to the manger and loyal staff many of whom have been at the hotel for years and we recognise and value . Special thanks to Thanos Kasidakis . Yes we have already rebooked for 2027 and look forward to seeing many members of staff and enjoying the delights that this hotel has in abundance . Regards Barry and Joy

Disappointing
Paid for a double deluxe room which was lovely. The room provided us with a coffee maker but no coffee pods. Outside and opposite the room is a garden area which you cross to get to the beach. This area has a number of sun beds which are mostly unused. When approaching a sun bed I noticed that each one is reserved for a designated room. There is also a sign saying that this garden area is also designated to specific rooms. We could not find a bed anywhere with our room number displayed despite the garden area literally being opposite our room. When asked we were told if we wanted a sun bed we had to find one on the beach, there were no sun beds designated to our room type.
I feel that there is a class system in the hotel and that not everyone is treated fairly. Why provide a specific coffee maker with not even one coffee pod? Doesn’t make sense.
We bought ourselves a coffee in the lounge, this was undrinkable, mainly milk hardly any coffee. We asked for two Americanos.
The hotel is classed as 5 star, it is 4 star at the most, definitely not 5.
We feel very disappointed as after doing all the research this place definitely does not live up to expectations.
All we can do is to put up an honest review and hope that it gets published.
Sorry to sound so negative but this place does not live up to its 5 star rating.
