Just across the road from the beach 100 metres away, and 200 metres to the nearest bus stop with links to Rhodes and Lindos, this hotel combines peaceful surroundings with close and convenient proximity to the town centre where guests will find plenty of opportunities for entertainment. The reception desk is manned around the clock, and the hotel offers a safe, a currency exchange facility, and even a small supermarket for a truly comfortable stay. Guests can enjoy splashing in the water without even leaving the premises as the complex features a swimming pool with a children's paddling pool. Those who prefer more intense activities can play a game of tennis, basketball or football, or work out in the gym. Excellent for a tranquil rest after the long day, the rooms and suites are decorated in modern style and have balconies, where guests can relax with a refreshing drink.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
We had a wonderful stay. The animation team was very dedicated, always full of energy, and created a great atmosphere. They organized fun activities for both children and adults. The hotel staff was friendly, and we have very positive memories of our stay. We definitely recommend this hotel!
Overall I would say this is a good family friendly resort. The swimming pools were clean, never too crowded and did not struggle to get a sun lounger. The majority of staff were friendly and welcoming. The food in the buffet was varied and of good quality. The à la carte restaurants were all very nice and it’s great how you can book the Italian as much as you like as the pizza and food is of a higher quality to the buffet restaurant.
A few things which could be improved: The rooms are dated and could do with an update. Some parts of the hotel cleaning could be of a higher standard such as cups left the following morning round pools, bins over flowing with rubbish from the previous day. The buffet restaurant often the drinks machines were not working and there was a few mornings where no coffee was available. There is not much option for tea time when you have a little one who eats earlier than 6:30 and places close at 3:30 leaving no where available other than the Mediterranean bar where the only options are a wrap or cold pasta.
Overall, an enjoyable stay and would recommend on the whole with a few things which could be improved.
Very good hotel but needs some tweaking -
Upgraded to a two bed suite , beautiful room large space overlooking quiet pool .
Food good always lots of choices, however drinks only in all restaurants were beer , wine and soft drinks , would be good to have more choice and no water service for drinks. Drinks at bars ok but cheap brands , cocktails not great , coffee cheap out of machine. Beach bar food & top bar food during the day very limited choice (a few packs of salad, and stale baguettes) so need to go to the buffets. Toilets are strangely placed so none of you go to to the top two pools, main pool toilet where entertainment is down flight of stairs , no toilets near bar at front of hotel. Glasses at all bars are tiny plastic reusable cups- even wine. Beach has hotel sun beds, very stoney and not very nice nice beach . Entertainment in evenings below average , would be great to have some live music. Food at al carte med restaurant at the beach is good - one visit per stay. Slides good, only 4/5 but good for an hours fun. Pool towels provided . Be aware if you are watching the World Cup they play it at hotel but won’t put commentary on so music playing in background and AI stops at 12 so if games later you can’t get a drink and bar Shuts at 1am. No rushing for pool sun beds and nobody reserving them which is good. Hotel quiet hilly and rooms/ pools etc spread out so wouldn’t recommend to anyone with mobility issues. We came we two older children and there is isn’t anything for them to do - would recommend for family’s only with children under 8/9.
To put it simply: were it not for the dirty, moldy air conditioning, my opinion might have been different—but having a family room with A/C in that state is just unacceptable. Neither the room nor the bathroom is particularly attractive; I’ve stayed in various 4-star hotels, and this room was the worst of the lot. Housekeeping leaves a lot to be desired, too—and this is a family room where kids are constantly running around; the soles of our feet turned black, suggesting the floors hadn't been cleaned properly.
The restaurant serves waffles—or tries to—using two waffle irons that are in a deplorable, burnt state; these are waffles meant for the youngest guests, after all. Sorry, but the head chef surely sees this; the position needs a change in leadership.
The food is monotonous, though everyone can find something to eat. The à la carte meal we had elsewhere was delicious, however.
There are plenty of pools and available sun loungers—a definite plus. The water park could be better; there are no tubes for the lazy river, though you can still swim in it.
The staff are smiling and helpful.
The quality doesn't match the price; I wouldn't choose this hotel again.
we spent 5 nights at the hotel .14 people, 8 adults +4 children ( ages4-6)+2 babies. evreything about the hotel was great, the staff were all great ,helpfull, nice. we ate 3 nights in the resturants was amazing. water park was great for all ages. the smaller ones loved the lazy river. nice beach, little rough with the stony beach, but very nice.
