I ve never ricieved so much energy in a single treatment. With Ahmed chiropractic and massage therapy reach the highest level Very reccomended.
We had a great time , the food was good and standards high. The room was bright and clean with stylish decor and very comfortable beds. Positives -
Some small areas for improvement
Overall we had a really lovely time, this is our second visit to Rodos Princess and we would certainly return again in the future. I would recommend this hotel for families and couples looking for a quiet peaceful break .
We were here in August during 2 weeks and actually, we had a really great stay and overall we left with very positive memories of the place. It is one of the most beautiful hotels right on the beach. As it is quite far from the airport, we passed many other hotels on the way and stopped at several of them to drop off other guests. So we had plenty of hotels to compare it with, and when we finally arrived at Rodos Princess, it was really “wow”.
The beach and the sea were fantastic. The see is very clean and calm, almost no waves at all. The first couple of days it was a little difficult to walk on the beach because of the pebbles, but we quickly got used to them and were even able to run afterwards. The pools and water slides were also great, especially for families with children. Only sun umbrellas are too small, if you want some shadow it's difficult to get it.
The food was excellent, with a lot of variety and everything was very tasty throughout our stay.
We also really enjoyed the entertainment team. They were all fantastic, professional and always had something going on for both children and adults. As most of them were Italian, we even learned a few Italian phrases. The only thing we found a little disappointing was that the evening entertainment was a bit short, as around 22:30 the whole hotel basically becomes silent. It would be nice to have some entertainment or music for a little longer in the evening.
Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was exactly what we were looking for in a holiday. We genuinely enjoyed our time there and would happily come back.
However, there were a few major issues that really disappointed us.
The first is the ants in the room. After the first night, we woke up to find the whole room full of ants. They were everywhere — in the room, bathroom, balcony and even in the bed. After I reported it to reception, they cleaned everything up, but we still regularly had ants inside our room during the rest of our stay, just a bit fewer than before.
The second, and more important, issue was drinking water. The water available at the bars had a very unpleasant smell and taste. To us, it smelled like shrimps, so we simply couldn't drink it. When I reported it at reception I didn't feel that my concern was taken seriously, and nothing seemed to change. Only at the end of our stay I realised that the issue was coming from the ice cubes, because some other drinks had the same smell, while the same drinks without ice did not smell at all. I didn't notice it in the alcoholic or non-alcoholic cocktails, but knowing that they were also served with the same ice didn't leave us with a very good feeling afterwards. And honestly, I came here to relax, not to investigate where the smell was coming from. I also have seen other guests trying the water and then simply pouring it out onto the grass, so clearly we weren't the only ones who noticed the problem.
At the same time, the minibar was very poorly replenished, especially with drinking water. At the beginning, there were four small bottles of water, but later this was reduced to 2–3 bottles, which is really not enough for a family during a hot summer holiday. The minibar is supposed to be replenished every other day, but actually sometimes it's every third day and finely, during the second week of our stay, it was refilled only once. As a result, we had to carry bottles from breakfast, lunch, dinner or the ground-floor bar back to our room almost every day and it is a very long way from our block, so this quickly became annoying. And when our son got sick with some kind of stomach virus during a night, we even almost had no water left in our room.
So we felt that we were almost always thirsty during our two-week stay, especially when we were in the room. For an all-inclusive hotel in summer good drinking water should be readily available to guests. This was honestly realy weird.
The gym was also quite disappointing. Equipment is really poor, and there was of course almost never any water available in the cooler. Fortunately there are an area with TRX and power rack, which was enough for me during the holiday.
Also I have never seen such a strange queue to the food. People were standing in one long line for different dishes, creating a huge crowd. Sometimes you wante to take something from one section, but can't get there because everyone is standing in a line for completely different food.
Despite these issues, we really enjoyed our holiday, overall, the stay was actually amazing — vacation is vacation. Anyway, we left with great memories and, despite the things that shouldn't normally appear, we would still like to return.
Just came back from there with my family, and unfortunately we had a really bad experience. My daughter got a stomach bug and my wife was ill for three days. We also saw children throwing up around the swimming pool.
The food was really poor, and there were mosquitoes everywhere, which made the experience even worse. Sadly, this was one of the worst holidays we’ve had, and we definitely wouldn’t return. Never again.
have just arrived back from a wonderful week away with my 12 year old daughter. All I can say is wow the hotel delivered and was worth every penny I paid for the 5star plus I can see why it’s now a luxe holiday. Hotel staff were amazing friendly went above and beyond. Spa was great amazing massage from Jessica. Reception staff Rafael great us with smile and arranged taxi when needed. Bar staff Darnia and evi was lovely ladies on the waffle and crepe remember my choice of drinks every time. Pools and slides kept us entertained in the heat Good was wonderful never the same in the evenings. The entertainment staff and activities were incredible. The only fault I had was my room wasn’t cleaned at any point during my stay (I think I just ad a lazy cleaner to be honest) I also had ant infestation quite bad and it took me 3 times to complain before anything was done. But other than that issue I would recommend and go back to this hotel again Also big thank you to Jessica in guest relations she was wonderful Outside the hotel there is great shops bars and restaurants Go to mosa beach bar food and drinks were Devine And little walk from mosa there was lots turtles swimming around
