This hotel is located in Kiotari, only some 800 m from the beach and approximately 15 km from Lindos and its famous Acropolis.
The hotel is situated on a small hill, offering excellent views out over the sea and the pine forest. It comprises a total of 214 double and superior rooms, in addition to a lobby area with a reception desk manned around the clock, a hotel safe, and lift access. Culinary options include the wonderful Main Sunset restaurant, where guests will enjoy a wide range of delicious dishes. It is also possible to make use of the Diogenis Beach snack restaurant. Further facilities available include a currency exchange facility, both car and motorcycle hire, a supermarket, a kids club where younger guests may let off steam, a laundry service (charges apply), and parking for those arriving by car.
All rooms come with an en suite bathroom with bathtub and hairdryer, centrally regulated air conditioning, a direct dial telephone, satellite TV, in-house music channels, a small fridge, a room safe, and either a balcony or terrace. The standard double rooms are fitted with two single beds (which can be connected), and can be supplied on request with an extra bed. Superior rooms feature a double bed in addition to a single bed, which can also be used as a sofa.
Leisure facilities at the hotel include a large pool area with separate children's pool, the Sunrise poolside snack bar, and free sun loungers and parasols laid out ready for use. Guests may also take advantage of the wide-ranging sports offerings (some for additional charges), including the spa centre, the fully equipped gym, and facilities for playing tennis, table tennis, darts, basketball, and volleyball. Water sports options include banana boating, ring boat riding, water skiing, water polo, canoeing, and pedal boating.

Amazing stay , thank you 😊
Honestly amazing. I have just seen a 1 star review someone has placed and felt compelled to write my own review. We are still here for another 6 days and I cannot stress how wonderful the place is. The food is really good , you would be hard pushed to not find something to eat ! All day every day , fresh , plentiful and loads of choice. The hotel is beautifully clean and ALL the staff and entertainment staff work so hard to make your holiday perfect , thank you. In answer to the review I read about the surroundings being 'depressive' that person needs to remember this was the site of one of the horrendous wild fires a few years ago , which has sadly altered the landscape for many years to come. Is it on a hill ? Yes, is it the centre of nightlife outside of the hotel close by ? No , however is it beautiful , free shuttle bus to the beach, friendly wonderful hard working staff ? ABSOLUTELY. There are buses close by, trips in abundance and a beauty that only the people who throw everything into making your stay the most wonderful experience , more than makes up for the odd random empty building that may be outside the hotel ! Amazing hotel
We had a wonderful stay at Princess Sun Hotel in Rhodes. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the cleanliness throughout the entire hotel was excellent.
The food was delicious with a great variety of options every day, so there was something for everyone. The pool area was clean and relaxing, and the entertainment team did a fantastic job creating a fun atmosphere for both adults and children. The hotel offers beautiful views, and the shuttle service to the beach was very convenient. Overall, we had an amazing holiday and felt that the hotel offered excellent value for money. We would definitely return and highly recommend Princess Sun Hotel to anyone visiting Rhodes!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service from Chef Lazaros
We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, and a huge part of that was thanks to Chef Lazaros. My wife has several food allergies, and he went above and beyond to ensure she could enjoy her meals safely and confidently throughout our stay. From the moment we arrived, Lazaros took the time to personally guide us through all the food options available, carefully explaining what she could and couldn't eat. His knowledge, patience, and attention to detail gave us complete peace of mind. Nothing was too much trouble, and he was always happy to answer questions and offer suitable alternatives. It's rare to come across someone so genuinely caring and dedicated to guest wellbeing. Lazaros's professionalism and exceptional customer service made a real difference to our holiday experience. We are incredibly grateful for all his help and would like to thank him for making our stay so enjoyable and stress-free. A true credit to the hotel – highly recommended! 👏🏻🌟
Very good hotel
The food at Princess Sun Hotel was delicious and offered a great variety every day. There were plenty of fresh options, tasty local dishes, and something for everyone. The quality was consistently good, and the staff kept everything well organized and clean. Overall, a very enjoyable dining experience that made our stay even better.
