My daughter and myself spent a fortnight at this hotel and can’t wait to return! Set on a hill with beautiful views of the landscape and the sea! When we arrived we were greeted and checked in quickly and offered refreshments which was well needed with arriving so late!
The rooms were of an exceptional standard and housekeeping came every day with clean towels and general tidy of room!
The pool area is fantastic and kept impeccably clean! No mad rush for sunbeds either which is a huge bonus! The guys at the pool bar, day and night where first class (super iced coffees and Cocktails) and Carmelia keeps the place spotless, she’s a little gem! The shuttle service to the beach is so convenient as well! The sea was amazing and my daughter loved snorkelling, plenty of watersports and the added bonus of the all inclusive as well makes a nice day and change of scenery!
The on-site restaurant serves a variety of dishes, ranging from local Greek specialties to international cuisine, with fresh ingredients and we never had any issues. We used the pool bar in the afternoon and again plenty of variety.
The girls in the spa are fantastic and a little treat for massages was well worth it! Special mention to Angela as she was so pleasant and we loved chatting with her!
The guys and girls for the entertainment were truly amazing and the work they put in day and night was exceptional!
What truly sets Princess Sun apart is its exceptional service. Staff members are friendly, attentive, and always eager to assist with anything you need or want!
Amazing hotel in a stunning part of Rhodes and we loved everything about it! Thank you!
Me and my children have just returned from from a wonderful 10 night stay at the hotel, this was our 3rd visit, my children love it so much so, that we have visited for the past 3 years. I wanted to thank everyone at the hotel for their outstanding hospitality towards me and my children and all of the other guests. I wanted to personally say thank you to chef Lazarous for making the most delicious meal for me. It was a pleasure to speak with you. Your humble kindness was touching. We look forward to visiting next year.

Just returned from a week stay we booked last minute through jet 2. All the staff were very polite and friendly and were happy to help. Rooms cleaned daily which was nice. Read reviews on food been repetitive which I find hard to understand as it was a different theme every night with lots of choice. We travelled with 4 children and they loved the food…. Especially the deserts which were amazing for an all inclusive. We received a night at the à la carte restaurant which was amazing fine dining and exceeded our expectations. Pools were good and fairly easy to get sun loungers. Kids loved the slides. Drinks were ok but no premium brands were available with the all inclusive but they all did the job. Wine not the best and the beer was a local Greek beer which was ok. Location is a bit out of the way but the views are lovely out to the sea. People moaning about the buildings and dead trees obviously didn’t realise that the area was heavily affected by the wild fires a few years ago. Be good if the area around the hotel gets some development over the next few years. The thing we loved the most was the free shuttle bus to the all inclusive beach as the food was amazing down there!!! Basically lived off gyros every day as it was so good. The beer even though it was the same as the hotel seemed to be nicer and the kids loved popping in and out of the sea and getting what they wanted. Again the staff were very friendly and the mini bus driver who did the shuttle was so nice playing all the kids songs and giving out his custom high 5!!!! Be careful when you queue for the bus as non British guests don’t know how to queue and will just push in. RIGHT my only negatives which is why I scored it 4! The night entertainment was to put it nicely not very good….. it was in a separate theatre that had NO BAR. You had to walk to and from main bar to get drinks. The entertainment team were obviously trying but it was very poor with miming songs and to be honest they didn’t look like they knew what they were doing half the time. It was also boiling in there. The main bar in the lobby was also very weird with no atmosphere. A lot of people playing UNO and cards if that’s your idea of night time entertainment. As a family of 6 with children we love good entertainment and good nightlife which unfortunately for us wasn’t there with this hotel. Everything else was very good/ excellent for the price we paid but the entertainment side let the hotel down for us. If you like a more quiet evening then this hotel would tick all your boxes. Gave it 4 rating to reflect this for our family. Overall lovely holiday.
Booked this hotel last minute and was not disappointed, rooms were very clean as were all other areas. The hotel sits on top of a hill and has a smaller less busy feel to it, it was nice not to have to get up at 6:30am to get sun beds, there was plenty. The staff were very friendly and extremely hard working, a special mention to Maria who works in the bar areas. She always had a smile on her face, worked constantly to meet everyone’s needs and is an absolute credit to the hotel. We would definitely return again.
Amazing experience in Princess Sun Hotel. The food is very good, the facilities fit with what we expected and a lot of good animation all days with very nice show in the evening. We enjoyed a lot !
