This hotel is located in Kiotari, only some 800 m from the beach and approximately 15 km from Lindos and its famous Acropolis.
The hotel is situated on a small hill, offering excellent views out over the sea and the pine forest. It comprises a total of 214 double and superior rooms, in addition to a lobby area with a reception desk manned around the clock, a hotel safe, and lift access. Culinary options include the wonderful Main Sunset restaurant, where guests will enjoy a wide range of delicious dishes. It is also possible to make use of the Diogenis Beach snack restaurant. Further facilities available include a currency exchange facility, both car and motorcycle hire, a supermarket, a kids club where younger guests may let off steam, a laundry service (charges apply), and parking for those arriving by car.
All rooms come with an en suite bathroom with bathtub and hairdryer, centrally regulated air conditioning, a direct dial telephone, satellite TV, in-house music channels, a small fridge, a room safe, and either a balcony or terrace. The standard double rooms are fitted with two single beds (which can be connected), and can be supplied on request with an extra bed. Superior rooms feature a double bed in addition to a single bed, which can also be used as a sofa.
Leisure facilities at the hotel include a large pool area with separate children's pool, the Sunrise poolside snack bar, and free sun loungers and parasols laid out ready for use. Guests may also take advantage of the wide-ranging sports offerings (some for additional charges), including the spa centre, the fully equipped gym, and facilities for playing tennis, table tennis, darts, basketball, and volleyball. Water sports options include banana boating, ring boat riding, water skiing, water polo, canoeing, and pedal boating.

Good not great but clean and modern
One week stay - arrived at hotel 3am Sunday morning after 4 hour flight and 2 hour transfer. Check in was good - sandwiches were made available for us in restaurant if needed. Room was clean and modern with comfy bed, good shower, good ac, and tv. Safe available in room and fridge. Good view over pool and sea. Pools were good although a bit cold due to time of year (23c). Snack bar at pool serving snacks and drinks. Quality of food was not great - lots to choose from but lacked taste and ingredient quality poor. Red and white wine served at lunch and dinner was terrible. In fact quality of drinks in general was poor - local beer and spirits - you can tell the difference. Shuttle to beach every half hour - 5 minute ride. Beach was good with plenty of beds and umbrella. Shingle beach into clear water - water temp was 26c (warmer than pool). Food at snack bar at beach was much better. Bar B Q dinner for 20 euro each was very good - but need to book. Hotel advertises itself as a spa resort - but lacks spa facilities - jacuzzi, sauna and steam room (not working). Very disappointing. Wife had massage with Shayne which was very good - extra charge of corse. Entertainment in the evening was sparse - bar and lobby brightly lit and people resorting to playing cards. Long and steep walk down to main road from hotel to shops and local bus service. Staff were generally good and friendly - April, Michelle & Christine in restaurant and Elton on concierge were especially good. Value for money was ok but would not book again.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I would give this hotel (0) if I could the night staff are terrible and no help the food was raw chicken burger was raw qnd RATS I have pics of all this running around I went and told the Jet2 stuff and she evicted us because I was a bit mad I wouldn’t say I was over the top after I i’ve eaten a raw burger and rats please do not waste your money coming here the hotel rooms was nice and clean but that was about it very disappointed
5 day getaway
We have just returned from a fab 5 days at the Princess Sun Hotel and Spa.
The hotel is spotless! All staff are friendly and helpful. Our Jet2 Rep had gone AWOL. Absolutely pointless trying to book an excursion through Jet2. Luckily, you can book a coach to take you to Rhodes Old Town through the hotel. Very helpful staff. There is a bus at the bottom of the hill that will take you to Lindos. The staff will advise you if you have any questions. Our room was lovely, very clean and modern. Food was very nice. Drinks were really nice too. All the restaurant staff and bar staff work very hard. There is a beach bar as well that does fabulous food. All included in the All inclusive. Both my husband and myself thought it was very good value for money. We had a great little holiday. Many thanks to all the staff.
Our fantastic 3 Nights
Booked last minute with all inclusive with Jet2 we are not disappointed at all. Feels like your are in a 5star hotel. Very clean with perfect lightening as well as a awesome seaview room and couldn't fault anything. It's bit far from airport so I would suggest to book accordingly so that you can get to hotel before dinner otherwise you'll end up with prepackaged sandwich. Breakfast lunch and dinner are good and they they changed the items every day. I don't know what others thought but I find a bar staff bit rude as it it all inclusive they try to ignore you but hey ho you paid for it so don't hesitate to ask for the drink as we are not a heavy drinker it didn't matter all we drank was few mojito a night that's it. They have a beach which you can use and again free bus transfers every half hour and onsite restaurant serve you food and drink which is inclusive as well. Both the restaurant and beach restaurant staffs are very polite again other than the hotel bar staff. My big shout-out to Eleftherios for suggesting me what I can do for my 3 days f stay and arrange my boat trip to symi island for the whole day which was well worth it so Thank you again and the day we left we had all-day before we head to airport so we used their beach did a jet ski which we paid €90 for 30 minutes and again free food and drink there and the coach brought us back to hotel where we took a shower and got ready for the departure. With three swimming pool , spa which wasn't great but as you have to book , this hotel is a truly amazing for a whole family. Thank you Princess sun again

Amazing week away!
Me and my girlfriend booked our stay here pretty last minute for a week and had an amazing time! The rooms and facilities were clean and very well maintained. The food at the restaurant and the snacks throught the day were great. A special mention to Dionysus who made amazing pizzas by the pool. The drinks were very good at both bars and Maria was always very smiley and happy. The overall atmosphere was very relaxed which was nice as we didnt have to worry about much and we were always able to get a sunbed. The hotel was really good as it had the shuttle bus down to the beach, as it is about a 10 minute walk if you didnt take this. The spa facilities were great and the jacuzzi was lovely! The staff there were also extremely friendly and welcoming.
Overall this was an amazing holiday and if the price was right would definitely return
