Comfortable luxury
We went as a family of 7- grandparents and aunties in tow. The whole stay has been lovely. The food is great and suits everyone’s tastes including our three year old. The staff are so kind and so helpful. We honestly have no complaints and look forward to returning.
I also enjoyed a massage in the spa from Sharina (apologies for spelling if it’s incorrect) which is one of the best I’ve ever had. It was a lovely respite from running around after a toddler in the waterpark all day!

Not gluten free
Bad experience at the barbecue . No gluten free food at grill despite pre booking . Had to wait 30 mins after it was identified this was the case . Never been to a barbecue and nothing gluten free . What was presented after 40 mins gluten free was awful. Cost a lot of money to come here but definitely not 5 star for allergens . Shocking as it spoilt the night and then they refused to let us take the wine away
