Enjoyable with only minor infractions.
The resort is wonderful for families, with helpful staff and many activities for all ages. It is well located by the beach and offers a very good service with excellent food. My only disappointment was the cleanliness of the rooms. The bathroom was not cleaned properly e.g. the taps shone at the front but the back had dirt and grey stains and to unpleasantly I noticed when the sun shone through the mottled glass bathroom door, it had obviously not been cleaned in months. t This is an oversight that should be corrected although I would still highly recommend this hotel for a family holiday.

Wonderful Family Holiday
My experience of a week's stay at this hotel was very positive. We had a family room in block 8 which was spacious even for 4 people with a good sized balcony. The main restaurant was good with enough variety but the included a la carte restaurants were even better, especially the BBQ with a large selection of different meats, the Indian was very nice and Moonlight had great food with views to match. Just make sure you book them on the app as soon as you've checked in otherwise all the slots will be gone. Another standout was the animation team, they work so hard to make your stay an enjoyable one, a special mention for Tereza who was so friendly and it was lovely the way she would come over to say hello and stop for a quick chat. We were told there was a strict no reservations policy on sunbeds before 9.30 am and most people seemed to abide by this, which was helped by the fact there always seemed to be spare beds avaliable throughout the day. I wish more hotels operated like this as it removed the need to get up early and rush to save a spot at the pool each morning. The waterpark was very good, we have two teenagers, so didn't use the smaller children's area but there is a good variety of slides for the older ones and almost no queues at all times of the day. It also had a fantastic selection of ice cream flavours at the kiosk there too. My only suggestion to make it even better would be a few waiters on roller blades circling the main pool area offering drinks directly to your sunbed, but the pool bar wasn't too far away and never had a big queue so not really a problem. All in all it was a great holiday and I'd definitely recommend it.
Fantastic massage
Rei was fantastic. She created a calming environment and took care with each step. The massage was excellent. I would definitely recommend a treatment with her.
