This is a magnificent resort, a unique masterpiece of architecture. The hotel has borrowed many features from the ancient town of Rhodes and really stands out with its impressive colour combinations. Wealth, space and elegance are the predominant elements here. Guests become enchanted by the setting, the colours and the collection of wall paintings. The accommodation units are carefully appointed and offer all the comforts of a resort. All guest rooms feature individually regulated air-conditioning and heating and an en-suite bathroom. Guests of all ages can choose between the 3 freshwater swimming pools including a waterfall, a children's swimming area and a poolside snack bar, not forgetting the beautiful sandy beach, ideal for families and romantic couples.

Ilias at the pool bar end Arland who drives the vehicles are the most amazing people and make this hotel better.
It’s more of a 4*/4.5* as the food is a little lacking but overall pretty spot on.
Ask to be in the new part of the hotel, the old is dated.

Fantastic hotel with amazing staff!!! From the moment we walked in the door they couldn’t of been any more helpful
Perfect start to great trip!! Walked in to the hotel greeted by Arland who was the most helpful guy you can ask for helped with an upgrade, arranged parking. Gave us a tour of the hotel where to go to get to each area easily and was just fantastic as a first impression of a resort. Absolutely an asset to your staff. He took us to our room explaining everything. Advised on all amenities and every time we see him he gives us a hello and asks us how are day is going. These personal touches mean a lot in such a big resort. This place is big but is immaculately clean. Lots to do plenty of pools, entertainment, food options so many restaurants. The staff are all really friendly and welcoming which is lovely. Room is great very clean, good size we have a private pool which is perfect for those lazy days. Really recommend this hotel and thank you Arland for making our stay so welcoming!!!

Perfect hotel, perfect relaxed location with great staff
Perfect location for a break in paradise!! The staff at this hotel are 10/10 can not do enough for you. Massive shout out to our guy Arland who helped us with finding our feet telling us about booking restaurants showing us the easiest ways to get around and just being super friendly and helpful. When there are 100s of people but you feel like you are remembered that’s a good staff member. We saw him talking to a lot of people and he seems to have made a connection with everyone, can’t want for better service than that. The hotel is beautiful, food in restaurants is good and pools and beach facilities fantastic. Will deffo be returning to this home away from home thank you for an awesome experience.

Great family holiday
The most amazing holiday. The staff where great. Particually Arland. Our daughter loved him! Children facilities were on point. The newnspalsh park is incrediable and the added bonus of the ice cream parlour next door.
