Great Cretan massage
Amazing Cretan massage with Jovi, pressure was just right, and my skin felt so soft afterwards. Very relaxing, and she worked out all the knots in my neck. Highly recommend!
Best honeymoon ever
We visited Rhodes for the first time on our honeymoon and this hotel exceeded our expectations in all ways. We visited the spa for a couples massage with Jovy & Yani, the overall service from all staff was excellent and we will be sure to recommend to all our friends
A Truly 5 Star Experience
Where do I start? We have just landed after the most amazing 8 nights staying at Mayia and boy did it live up to the reputation.
Service: The service across the whole hotel was exquisite - from the VIP check in experience to the A La Carte restaurants, Breakfast Buffet, the brilliant colleagues taking care of our room both cleaning and topping up the mini bar. We didn’t receive bad service from anyone across the whole week. I can’t recall ever staying at a resort where the poolside service is so faultless, we tipped a little but the gent who served us was so attentive. The stand out for us were the colleagues who look after the room, nothing was too much whether that was a bottle of champagne, ice, snacks- it was all done so effortlessly.
Food & Drinks: There is just so much selection, variety & the quality is top notch. Honestly as there’s always highlights, we loved Wasabi & Flame for dinner but the choices for lunch were even better - the street food was excellent. Especially the California Burger!! The Greek restaurant ironically wasn’t quite for us, it didn’t live up to the expectation set by the others. The champagne bar on the top floor was a nice touch you don’t get elsewhere. Decent selections of wines too.
Room & Asthetics: We stayed in room 2008 which was a swim up room with sea views. We couldn’t fault it. Would highly recommend this as a swim up choice. The hotel is so well designed, the whole place feels like a perfect blend of Greek clean lines and modern design! It makes a perfect insta pic for sure!
Spa: Hotel spas and massages are never cheap but we did get a decent discount on a His & His massage / facial combo. I think the discount was because we booked on our first day. The massage and treatment itself was very good and special shout out to the colleagues on the Spa reception desk.
Activities: The hotel helped with transport to Lindos & as we booked the stay direct with the hotel we got complementary airport pick up which was good. If you’ve ever felt like exploring or hiring a boat, go see Beach Bums at the beach, we hired a boat for 3 hours and it was a perfect afternoon!
All in all, what a perfect 5 star experience and we highly doubt it’ll be our last trip to Mayia!!
