Labranda Kiotari Miraluna Resort

When we booked we asked for two swim up rooms next to each other. When we arrived our rooms were not next to each other as promised. The swim up rooms are two rooms share one pool, so you share the pool with another family! As our rooms weren’t together we both had to share pools with random families. Food is very basic, very bland. Also you have some staff walking round with walkie talkies at the dining room, if you don’t do what they say they will be very rude to you. The bar staff aren’t very friendly at all especially the barman by the Gyros/Pizza station, he is very rude and not very friendly we saw him arguing with two lots of guests. If you book with Jet2 the coach on arrival takes about an hour to get to the hotel with about three hotel stops beforehand. Going back to the Airport takes about three hours as we must of stopped at 12 hotels all over the island. This was going up and down hills there must of been at least three children being sick on there it was awful.

Huge hotel complex giving a feel of space and not overcrowded but not close to much within walking distance. This is very much not a four star hotel and doesn’t have all the facilities it advertises. Despite paying for an upgraded deluxe room there was little of note that would remotely pass as deluxe, particularly the bathroom, that could do with a complete refurb. Rooms weren’t cleaned every day and towels were changed once in a week. The food is mediocre at best with the exception of the gyros and pizza stations. Visitors are given the opportunity to book one of the two more premium restaurants once during a week long stay although all drinks need to be paid for including water when dining here (despite paying for all inclusive hotel). Overall the hotel is ok if you can get a cheap deal and you are very aware that it’s more of a three star experience. Maybe a better place to visit early in the season when presumably less sunbeds are broken and you don’t need to be up at dawn to get one.
