Such an Amazing experience!.

Me and my wife are here on our honeymoon, and we couldnt of chosen a better place to stay on holiday. The Hotel room was good, and was equipped with everything we needed. The food was fantastic and so flavourful. The staff have been so kind, caring and supportive, and I couldn't reccomend this hotel enough.

Stergia who works in the dining area and kitchen has been so welcoming and kind.

Great service at a Great Hotel

Arrived and prompt check in, given room 140 close to reception up small ramp with partial pool and sea view, upgrade from basic garden view. Spacious room , double bed, fridge with soft dronks and water, free safe and jacuzzi bath. Well maintained and well cleaned. Everything was amazing, Booked two al acarte restaurants, but after eating in the main dining room, decided to cancel as the food was so good and aswell as plenty of choice, and always hot and replenished frequently. Never crowded, and staff cleaned away very quickly. Good quality drinks at all bars, maybe slight queues at busy times but never more than a few minutes. Bar staff making lots of cocktails to order, George in main evenning bar always on the go and remembering most peoples orders. Two very nice pools with thick mattress sunbeds. These were well spread out and never felt on top of one another. We never had a problem getting our regular spot, we got down about 09.15 still loads available up to about 10.30. Swimming ceases at 6pm. Only negative was although there is a small private beach, its more pebbles / shale, with plenty of beds, but as there is no beach bar we found it was hardly used and a trek if you wanted drinks from the pool bar. There was entertainment 6 days a week, outside in the ampitheatre comfortable bean like seating. Most shows ok, but low key. But watchable and passed 60 to 90 mins. Take mosquito repelent with you for the night as several people got bitten. My personal view is that this is the best hotel we,ve stayed in Greece. All staff seemed to ta⁶ke pleasure in serving and speaking to guests, from the cleaners to life guards to bar and restaurant staff, many thanks to them all. A particular mention must go to Panagotha and Nikkos at main pool bar. George in the OAD bar. Segia in the main dining room. It was a pleasure to holiday at this hotel, and would recommend it and hopefully visit again.

A fantastic, lovely place with incredibly skilled staff throughout the resort; most special service at the saltwater pool bar was friendly and cheerful—incredibly beautiful smile all week, loved it☺️ Thanks 49 -and I hope to see you all again. And also thanks to Kostakis, Armando in the restaurant for the good Greek wine. Never missed a glass.

Definitely a 4* Stay and not 5*

We stayed at Kresten Royal Euphoria Resort from 1st–8th July 2026 to celebrate my mum's 60th birthday (three adults).

Overall, we had a lovely holiday and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. However, I would personally rate this as a 4-star hotel rather than a 5-star resort, especially when compared with other 5-star hotels I've visited. There are plenty of positives, but there are also several areas where the hotel falls short of the standard I expected.

Entertainment Evening entertainment was available Monday to Saturday from 9pm, with no entertainment on Sundays. There was a different act each evening, including a violinist, live bands and DJs. Personally, I wasn't overly impressed with the entertainment, although everyone has different tastes.

What I did love was the venue itself. The outdoor amphitheatre was a fantastic setting, and the large beanbags made it a really relaxing place to spend the evening. We often stayed there for hours. I'd recommend getting there around 8:30pm if you want a good seat, as they fill up quickly and there aren't many alternative places to sit.

One disappointment was the complete lack of sports coverage. There aren't any TVs in the hotel, so if you want to watch live sport you'll need to visit a sports bar in Faliraki or Rhodes Old Town or generally outwith the resort.

Rooms We booked two Superior Double Sea View rooms (161 and 164).

This was probably our biggest disappointment. The rest of the hotel is modern, stylish and beautifully decorated, but the bedrooms feel dated and in need of refurbishment. The furniture and décor looked tired and didn't reflect the standard of the rest of the resort.

The rooms were spacious and included air conditioning, a fridge, bathrobes and a sofa bed. The beds were reasonably comfortable, although they were simply two single beds pushed together.

The balcony offered lovely sea views and plenty of space, but there was no privacy. It would have been easy to step across to the neighbouring balcony.

Unfortunately, we also had a lot of ants in both rooms, meaning we couldn't leave anything out. Our room safe was locked on arrival, presumably because it hadn't been reset after the previous guests.

Housekeeping was excellent and a special mention to the cleaning team, they work so hard and are very friendly. Our rooms were cleaned daily, fresh towels were provided every day, and the cleaners were always incredibly friendly. The only downside was the towels themselves, which were small and poor quality and could definitely do with being replaced.

One thing worth noting is that there are no ironing facilities in the rooms. The hotel offers an ironing service charged per item, so I'd recommend either ironing before you travel or bringing a travel iron.

Food Breakfast We had breakfast each morning in the main restaurant, Gaia.

The restaurant is spacious, spotless and well organised. We never struggled to find a table, although we generally avoided the busiest times.

There was an excellent selection, including cooked breakfast items, pastries, fruit and continental options.

A special mention goes to Argiro, who greeted us every morning with the biggest smile and was always so welcoming.

Lunch We weren't particularly impressed with the lunch selection in the main restaurant and usually chose to eat at the Aura Pool Restaurant instead.

There was a good variety available, including pizza, gyros, chips, sandwiches and other lighter meals.

Dinner Most evenings we ate in the main restaurant, where there was a different themed menu each night.

The food was well presented with plenty of variety. Personally, I found many dishes quite seafood-focused, which isn't to my taste, but that's simply personal preference and I'm sure many guests would enjoy it.

Booking the speciality restaurants was frustrating. The hotel app rarely worked properly, often displaying error messages or showing dates as unavailable. We found it much easier to book directly through Reception. A better booking system is needed!

It was also disappointing that when weddings were taking place, it felt as though all-inclusive guests became a much lower priority. We arrived at 2am on Thursday morning, went to Reception at 9am to book restaurants, and were told everything was already unavailable because of a wedding.

The Asian Corner was excellent and easily our favourite speciality restaurant. The buffet-style Asian food was delicious and well worth visiting.

The hotel app states that the evening dress code is smart casual, although this didn't always appear to be enforced.

Late-Night Snacks This was one of my biggest frustrations.

Late-night snacks are advertised as being available from 10pm until 1am, with items such as mini pizzas, hot dogs, sandwiches and fruit.

However, almost every evening the food had completely gone before 11pm and was never replenished. For an all-inclusive hotel, this was really disappointing. Once the supermarket had closed there was nowhere else nearby to buy food, so if you happened to arrive later you simply went without.

Overall, there was plenty of choice throughout the day, but clearer food labels would have made a huge difference. Much of the buffet involved guessing what each dish was before trying it.

Bars There are several bars throughout the resort, including Bar 11 near Reception, Bar Thea beside the entertainment area, Bar Sfera by one of the pools and the Aura Pool Bar.

The drinks menu is extensive. Premium branded spirits are available, although these come at an additional cost which I felt was excessive.

The standard drinks were acceptable, although I found the wine fairly poor.

The staff deserve a special mention, particularly Nikos and Yotini, who were always smiling, remembered our usual orders and provided excellent service.

The cocktails were probably my biggest disappointment. Rather than freshly made cocktails, many were mixed using pre-made syrups from squeeze bottles and tasted quite watery. I was expecting freshly blended frozen cocktails such as Strawberry Daiquiris, which wasn't the case.

Queues did build up during busy periods, although they generally moved quite quickly. One thing I would expect from a genuine 5-star resort would be occasional waiter service around the pool or entertainment area, offering drinks or fresh fruit. This would also help reduce the queues at the bars.

Pools & Beach The hotel has five swimming pools (four outdoor and one indoor).

Finding a sunbed around the pools could be difficult, particularly at the upper and lower pool areas. We quickly realised the only reliable way to secure one was to reserve it before breakfast. In my opinion, there simply aren't enough sunbeds for the number of guests.

The private beach was lovely and much quieter.

I'd read reviews mentioning the pebbles, but this didn't bother us at all. In fact, because there isn't a beach bar and it's a short walk to the Aura Pool Bar for drinks, the beach remained peaceful with plenty of available sunbeds.

The only downside was that the beach sunbeds aren't nearly as comfortable as those by the pools, which have thick cushioned mattresses.

We also noticed quite a strong sewage smell around the upper pool on several occasions, and heard other guests commenting on it too.

I'd also recommend bringing your own beach towels. The hotel charges a €10 refundable deposit per towel. Although you'll get the money back, I don't think this is something guests should have to pay at an all-inclusive resort.

Activities Facilities include a small games room, table tennis, arcade machines, pool tables (€2 per game), tennis courts, a gym, an indoor pool and massage chairs (€2 for approximately five minutes).

What disappointed me most was the lack of complimentary daytime entertainment. I'd expected activities such as water volleyball, darts, pétanque, archery or aqua aerobics. Instead, the only organised activities seemed to be yoga and Pilates, with some wellness sessions available at an additional charge.

Overall Despite the criticisms, we genuinely enjoyed our holiday. The hotel is clean, the staff are friendly and hardworking, and there are many positive aspects to the resort.

However, it simply didn't provide the luxury or level of service I'd expect from a true 5-star all-inclusive hotel. With a lot of improvements, it could be excellent, but in its current form I would rate it as a solid 4-star resort. I think it's really expensive for what you actually get.

One final tip: don't pay extra for All Inclusive Plus. We couldn't identify any additional benefits over the standard All Inclusive package, so in our experience it wasn't worth the extra cost.

Personally, I wouldn't return or recommend the hotel, but others may have a different experience depending on what they're looking for in a holiday.
