This is our 2nd visit we were here this time last year and it was so lovely as soon as we got home we decided to book again (which we never normally do) We arrived at midnight Wednesday and taken to a sea view room away from the main hotel, this was temporary as the previous days storm had caused damage to some rooms, we do prefer to be in the main hotel so the reservations manager Susanna very efficiently sorted out our room the next day in the main building next to the room we had last year perfect! she's a credit to the hotel! Thankyou Susanna. The food is impressive and the choice second to none beautifully prepared and displayed some of the best we have experienced and we've been to many hotels, the restaurant chefs and waiters work tirelessly to make people's holiday memorable WHY do some say it is bland and no choice...totally beyond me ..maybe they are used to burger and chips which you can have by the pool! The Hotel is spotless and I mean totally spotless, the cleaning staff again work constantly and obviously take pride in their work. I've just watched a team work for 3 hrs to clean the pool as sand and soil from the storms washed into it its so clean now and will be refilled soon. Bar staff again a credit to the hotel, as many have said George is an asset they all are..what would we do without them 🤭🍾🥂🍸🍹 15min into Corfu Old town (4eu each way in hotel bus or 15/20eu in a taxi, 30mins to the Airport and a few local bars nearby if you want to watch sport If you want a relaxing break with good food and drink don't hesitate honestly one of the best Susan & John 182

Beautiful Hotel Expected more
Kreston Royal Euphoria is breath taking inside kept spotless the views are stunning. The staff are friendly and attend to all needs however There are a few faults one been the food its bland and although there is a few choices its not what people post on youtube and on reviews it shows the most amazing things but unfortunatly its not what you get this place isnt for picky eaters if you like fish daily this is the place for you not much varity for children. We ate mainly at the Aura pool bar as it was always hot. Main dining is hot sometimes if you get there on time of opening. The location is beautiful with the views ect bar staff are very friendly george can remember your drinks by face and so can the lovely bar man behind the swim up bar they are amazing staff you have. Entertainment is limited by that i mean yoga gym in the day or spa treatment which is costly i wouldnt pay it personally and didnt. Evening lasts around a hour best ones are vilonist and saxophone rest are abit boring in my opinion. The beds are confortable i slept well im not sure on sofa beds they seem flimsy. A few did have stomach ache during the holiday vomiting and upset stomach we never got to the source of this.
As much as i loved the view and people i wouldnt go back unfortunatly i dont believe we got the experience we were sold. Dont believe everything you see on youtube.
Not for us
First of all I must say all the staff especially Stergia and her brother and all the restaurant and bar staff were excellent. On arrival we were upgraded from a twin sea view room to a room with a private pool - room 201. First impressions were good. The bed was one of the most comfortable we have had on holiday. However the room was damp and smelt of damp or maybe it was the drain from the shower. The shower always overflowed no matter how careful you were on where you stood. There was nowhere outside to dry any towels or swimwear. The pool was wasted on us as we are in our mid 70s and found it hard to access plus the water was cold. There was no sun on the room patio from about midday which I would imagine would be nice in mid summer. In fact all the swimming pools were quite cold.
The food was a great disappointment as it was always lukewarm. Most of it was not to our taste especially the soups which were strange concoctions. It was a lot to pay for a holiday to live on “chip” butties. We found if we went to dinner before 7 we never had to queue. The drinks were ok though it seemed as if you were rationed to possibly 2/3 half glasses at dinner maybe so you didn’t linger too long at the table. There were cats everywhere which didn’t bother us except when people decided to feed them from their table in the dining room. Also although we always found the toilets very clean I did find catpoo in the hand washing area of the one near the Gaia restaurant. It is rated as a 5 star hotel but apart from the sea view I would say it is more 4 or even 3 star.
Having been to a few other hotels in Rhodes and other Greek islands this probably rates as a hotel not to return to.
