The Ukrainian woman at the reception was really rude and annoying. Her behavior was so unpleasant that it makes me not want to return. It’s a shame, because everyone else at the hotel was lovely—especially the Filipino staff, who were wonderful. A special shout-out to Konstantina in the bar; she was an absolute star with a smile on her face every single day."The housekeeping was excellent—the cleaners did a 10/10 job and the room was spotless. As for the food, I’d give it a 7/10. The dining schedule was too rigid. If you missed the set meal time, you had to wait for the next service, which was quite inconvenient. The restaurant closes at 9:00 PM, which felt a bit early.
However, one thing to note is that the pool was freezing cold in April, which was a bit of a disappointment."
Our visit to Sirene Beach was nothing short of amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a beautiful room over looking the sea which was perfect as this holiday was our honeymoon! Our room was cleaned every day and was fresh.
The pool was a little cold but that is what you want when you're boiling by the pool.
If you are not a cat person then Rhodes is not for you. We enjoyed the morning, afternoon and evening visits from the kitty's of the island and yes we did name them!
The food was great with lots of variety each night and greek night was fantastic!
The hotel is great location and everything is walking distance from shops and even to old town down the coastal walk which we thoroughly enjoyed. All taxi drivers are friendly and knowledgeable about the island and tell you great places to check out.
We can't wait to return.
This is a fantastic hotel, all the staff are brilliant and very helpful. They can't do enough for you. We were upgraded to a sea view room without bring asked which was stunning! The pool area is lovely with 3 pools and plenty of sunbathing areas, the pool bar staff are brilliant especially Katrina! Always serves you with a smile on her face. The food is so much better than some people seem to think (these reviewers clearly expect the world and are totally untrustworthy sources!!!), with loads of different options for everyone. Rooms are spacious and it's right on the beach front. It's a nice long walk into Rhodes town and fairly easy to do, even for two 50 year old. I honestly cannot recommend this hotel highly enough for what you pay, you will be very very happy, if your not, your one of those people who are never happy with anything in your lives. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and world be more than happy to stay here again in the future. Thank you everyone at the hotel for being so brilliant!
This hotel is really bad if your not able bodied its definitely not wheelchair friendly rooms are very dated no good as most rooms just have baths beds are too low. Food is average drinks are rubbish can't even get water once bar has closed. Snacks around pool bar are just pasties nothing else utter rubbish would definitely not recommend
We booked this hotel last minute and were more than pleasantly surprised at how lovely it was. Pros: Clean everywhere cleaners work tirelessly and it shows. Rooms clean and beds although hard were very comfortable. Air con included and cold. Pool area lovely. Lots of sunbeds but can get busy my 11 am. Food was fresh and edible although very samey.
The only con I can think about is some sunbeds could do with updating but that’s being picky.
The best thing about this hotel are the staff who work tirelessly and always have a smile on their face. If you want 5 star then you will be paying at least double what we paid for. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone.
