Stayed here for 1 week as a family of 9. Hotel is very clean. All staff were very friendly & helpful. Never had an issue getting sunbeds - although they have really nice sun chairs which we preferred to use as well. Not much directly outside hotel, but a short walk down the road leads you to bars, shops & restaurants. Rhodes town was nice to visit but busy. Beach is right next to hotel but isnt sandy, definitely need to wear shoes in the sea. The only downside for us was the food was a bit repetitive & sometimes not overally hot. The pool snack bar has great snacks for during the day. Overall - a lovely place, friendly/nelpful staff, clean & we had a lovely time.
Not forgetting the resident dog - she was lovely 😊
Arrived at the hotel late afternoon and room was ready. The hotel needs updating as corridors to rooms are shabby with a dirty carpet. The room had a lovely view of the the sea but the bathroom needs updating as there is a bath with a shower over it. The food was okay but nothing special and on three occasions when we went to get different courses of food our table was cleaned down and cutlery removed so the table was ready for someone else not very good. We were there for 10 nights and the bed linen was never changed. There is not a lot to do immediately outside of the hotel and the shops and bars are 25 minutes walk away. The hotel was full of Scandinavian guests whose manners left a lot to be desired. Drinks package is limited to other hotels we have stayed in. I would not return to this hotel
Recently returned from another lovely stay! This was our 4th year in a row staying at this hotel and we had another wonderful and memorable stay.
All the staff are so friendly and make you feel so welcome from the moment you arrive. It was lovely to see familiar faces again and to be treated so well. Christina on the outside bar during the day is an absolute credit to the hotel, brilliant hospitality and always has a smile on her face no matter how long the queue is. It was lovely to see her again. Nikos at the bar at night is also fantastic at his job, excellent hospitality and an amazing memory for drink orders!
Alexandro and his lovely wife in the restaurant are so accommodating to everyone, doing their best to seat everyone where they prefer whether it be inside or outside no matter how busy it is. We love having the option to have breakfast and dinner outside as a lot of hotels don’t have this option!
We found once again the food to be full of variety and so fresh - There is always something for everyone and so many fresh salad options too both at lunch and dinner. We enjoy the different themed evenings particularly the Greek night and Gala night.
The hotel is spotlessly clean and the pool area is kept clean and tidy throughout the day. The pool is lovely for swimming in and the water aerobics everyday is very fun!
We loved our 4th visit and we will definitely be back, again!
Lovely hotel most staff friendly specially Christina behind the bar always has a smile on her face. Found most other staff rude and as if you annoy them. Food is good breakfast and lunch are the best. Dinner is random and pure carnage. Alcohol is awful all local weak stuff.
Now to the downfall the sun bed wars if you do not get to the pool before 8am ready to get a bed you wont get one, this for us ruined the holiday as you cant relax and lay in you have to be there 7:45 ready to get a bed. The guest are feral. Some woman took my personal belongings off the bed and put her towel on it then on ti the big overweigh ginger Scottish man who screams red flags to a woman her gave no mercy pushing in front and spreading his towels out a far them pissing off got 3 hours! The sun bed situation has stopped me from ever wanting to come back. Beds are claimed and left for hours and staff allow this. Beds are also so close together your on top of each other.
Hotel is very clean and tidy, great entertainment programme reception staff cant do enough and Christina just the sun bed situation stops me giving it a 5 star.
