What a great week! We travelled at the start of the uk summer holidays as a family of 4. Two adults and two children aged 9 and 5. A typical 4 star but what a fabulous hotel. From checking in at 1am we had a warm welcome and a lovely set of snack bags in the room. The room itself was a family room with a sea view- I won’t forget the view in a hurry. It was clean and functional. I’m not sure where some of the comments have come from to say the hotel is run down because it certainly isn’t. The food has been great. Themed nights for dinner every evening and a dedicated children’s buffet for fussy eaters. We all found something delicious to fill us up for breakfast, lunch and dinner everyday. The staff here really are amazing. So friendly and kind. They remembered our girls names and our drinks each evening. Always greeted with a smile and a high five for the kids. The pools were good but you do have to get there at 8am to get a sunbed in the spot you want. Snack bar was good but was quite limited with choice. The pool bar could be quite busy at times but the staff worked hard to minimise that. The entertainment was good. The team are talented dancers and performers. It would be nice to see some outside acts bought in. I think the only thing that lets it down a little is the location. It is only a few steps away from a pebble beach but there aren’t many shops/restaurants very close to it. However places like this are easily accessible if you get a taxi/bus/hire a car which are all easy to do from the hotel. There was a great little geological Museum a 5-10 minute walk away and worth checking out if you’re into that, 6 euros to get in. We visited Rhodes old town which is a must and did a hop on hop off bus tour. The knights hospital museum was great value and super interesting. We did a lindos by night tour which was beautiful and a great experience. Especially the views from the acropolis. We’ve all had a fantastic time and I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you to everyone at Atlantica Princess for a great holiday.
Absolutely first class hotel and staff. The manager was so hands on and all the staff were amazing. Customer service was outstanding.
We’ve just returned from a fantastic stay at the Atlantica Princess in Rhodes and had such a lovely holiday that we wouldn’t hesitate to return.
From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble. We were travelling with our toddler and the team quickly arranged both a cot and a bed rail to make the bed safe, which they did without any fuss at all. That level of service really made a difference.
The hotel itself had everything we needed for a relaxing family holiday. The all-inclusive package was excellent, with a great variety of food and drinks throughout the day. The quality of the food was consistently good, and there was always something for everyone to enjoy.
The children’s entertainment was another real highlight. There was plenty to keep our little one entertained, and the entertainment team did a fantastic job creating a fun atmosphere for families.
Cleanliness throughout the hotel was also excellent. Our room and the communal areas were always spotless, and it was clear the staff took great pride in maintaining the hotel.
If we had one small criticism, it would be that the balcony was quite small, but that’s a very minor point and certainly didn’t affect our enjoyment of the holiday.
Overall, we had a brilliant experience and would happily recommend the Atlantica Princess to anyone looking for a relaxing, family-friendly holiday in Rhodes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely consider coming back in the future.
AMAZING!Christina is a goddess.
This hotel exceeded our expectations. It was our first vacation with our three-year-old son and his needs were our priority. The son was thrilled, the facilities for children were absolutely great, swimming pools, playground, water slide, children's meals in the dining room. We stayed in the hotel garden, the room was silent and clean, although a little used. But cleaned every day, the air conditioning worked, plenty of water, the fridge was cold. There is nothing to complain about. The staff was friendly and helpful, the hotel management was also great, the food and drinks were great, the entertainment was too.
