Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the room we were given. We arrived after midnight, which is usually not ideal, as you often end up with one of the worst available rooms within the category you booked and unfortunately, this is exactly what happened to us. We booked a sea view family room, even though we didn’t actually need a family room. However, having a proper sea view was very important to us. Instead, we were given what felt like one of the worst rooms in that category. It was located on the side of the hotel, the sea view was very limited, and the rest of the view was honestly quite horrible. We asked multiple times whether we could move to a room in a better location. As guests were leaving the hotel throughout our stay, there should have been opportunities to move us to a room with a frontal or at least a better sea view. Unfortunately, the willingness of the reception staff to help was basically zero. Given that we spent almost €3,000 for one week, this was really disappointing and definitely not the experience we expected.
What made it even more frustrating was reading so many reviews from guests saying they had been upgraded to better rooms, even though they hadn’t paid for them, either to larger rooms or rooms with better views. I also have a friend who stayed there last year and she had exactly this experience and was upgraded. So, yes, we were genuinely quite sad and disappointed about the whole situation.
The rest of the hotel, the food, and everything else was good. Yes, some things were broken and certain parts of the hotel could do with some refurbishment, but overall the hotel looks nice. The food was good, and the drinks were pretty standard for an all-inclusive hotel in Greece. It's smaller hotel, compare to other hotels in the area, which was good too, cause there not queues anywhere. Well, nothing we can do now, right. But it was a bittersweet vacation.
The hotel were I stayed was cool! Food and facilities were nice. Special thanks to Mohamed for his service and everything he did for us. Definitely coming back later.

Please don’t stay in this hotel. There is something dodgy going on with theft. I had items of clothing stolen by the maids! Hotel did nothing about it. Just been reading other reviews about people losing money out of their rooms too! It’s definitely the cleaners!! The hotel does nothing about it. AVOID!
