Amazing hotel
Fantastic holiday from start to finish all staff very helpful, friendly and happy Facilities perfect All of the Hotel clean and well presented The food was amazing , especially the al la carte restaurants we had 3 during our weeks stay

Staff that really do make an experience!
Just returned home after a wonderful holiday at the Gennadi Grand Hotel.
What truly made our holiday so special was the amazing staff. In particular, Veroniki and Angela were absolutely fantastic. They were friendly, kind, welcoming and incredibly efficient when running both breakfast and dinner.
From the moment we arrived, they made us feel so welcome and were always smiling and happy to help. Their warm and genuine hospitality really stood out and added so much to our experience.
Veroniki and Angela are an absolute credit to the Gennadi Grand Hotel, and we would like to thank them for helping make our stay so memorable. They are a real asset to the hotel and deserve every bit of recognition.

Honest Review
This is a honest review myself and husband stayed for 14 nights, just home on the 3rd September the hotel is gorgeous, pools lovely we had room with pool with sea view, which was lovely but only got the sun for part of the day the main restaurant was lovely but was the same food for 2 weeks the 3 ala'carte restaurants were ok but not great, think over 14 nights they had 3 nights entertainment so wasn't great. The beach is horrible worse beach ive ever seen when been holiday, there is nothing around you closest shop is about 20 - 30 min walk to get anywhere eles you have to hire car or bus over all was a lovely relaxing holiday but it's not 5 star more a 4 we paid quite a lot of money for this holiday and I must admit I paid half the amount last year for a 4 star in Tunisia which was a lot better
