Fantastic Hotel
What a wonderful hotel and a great holiday we have just had, we had a family swim up room which was lovely, we have an autistic son who doesn't like the sun for too long, we spent mornings round the pool with great drink service from the staff, then back to room for my son to cool off and we were able to sit out on our room terrace and get in and out of our pool but still close to our son . Room was cleaned everyday by a really nice group of people. Food at hotel was plentiful and variety to suit everyone. Reception staff were very helpful especially Andreas who was so friendly and took time out to make sure we were always happy. In fact every member of staff were great, the whole holiday was fantastic. Can't wait to rebook this hotel

Top notch hotel!
Exceptional hotel. The best all inclusive food, with fabulous à la carte options. The only points to make are that housekeeping isn’t 100% - room towels are old, faded and were not always clean. And the adult only areas - particularly the pool, need to be stricter. There is plenty for families and children, so the limited adult / quiet areas need to be just that. But overall very much worth the money and a lovely holiday.

We recently stayed at Atlantica Dreams and could not have been happier with our choice ( 2nd visit). From the moment we arrived, all the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, offering exceptional hospitality throughout our entire trip. The rooms was spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and offered a stunning sea view. As for the location, it was absolutely perfect—peaceful enough to fully relax, but with easy access to explore the beautiful town of Gennardi. A special mention must go to the incredible front of house manager (Andreas) for his amazing assistant in sorting out a booking confusion with our room location this was done within 24hrs and the room was exceptional. The only thing we will say is that upon arrival clearer instructions could be given to families to make them aware of adult only sections within the resort ( children in adult pool).
