Honeymoon treat
We went to Aegos Spa as part of our honeymoon and had the together journey - this was a lovely reset for me and my Hubbie. My therapist Adelina was brilliant the pressure was exactly how I asked and the treatment itself was so relaxing would love to come again!

Returning visit
This is my second visit and can say it is a brilliant hotel with lots of positives. I’ll be returning again but noticed a few changes since last time. Not enough to mark it down. The adults area has had an upgrade and love the new loungers, some have a standard parasol, some have larger. If you want beds in this area you do need to get down there earlier as very popular. Wish they had the big parasols on all the sun beds in the adult zone. Pool wise the temperature is on the cooler side and you do get used to it. Food wise first few days I wasn’t sure but definitely improved. Service wise, not had any issues. My only annoyance, if you are at a pool bar, people in the pool got served quicker than those out of the pool. Couple of times people got served before me. I was secretly hoping for an upgrade on the room being a returning guest, but also know it’s a busy hotel. Seems to be a lot of children here this year, I have no issues with that but lots of screaming. Overall a lovely visit and will be back next year.

Fantastic hotel
We are currently a week into our two week stay at this fantastic hotel, we want to give a massive thank you to Marios, Dimitrius and the team for what they did for us on arrival and for making us feel very welcome, we have already been pricing up a holiday for next year which will be our 4th time.
Massive shout out to the entertainment team Ides, Martina and everyone else, they've been fantastic, we met the newest team member last night Alexander and got to know a bit about him, seems like he'll be a great addition to this amazing team, a massive thank you to Levi who takes the time and effort out of her busy schedule to come and talk to us of an evening.
Lastly thank you to the cleaners, gardeners, maintenance and everyone who keeps this hotel running day to day as we can not fault the cleanliness or appearance.

Cold food
I stayed at the hotel for a week with my wife and daughter in September 2026 hotel is beautiful , we had a n amazing room with a great view , my issues we’re waiting a long time for drinks at the pool end up go and get my own drinks on a number of occasions , secondly the restaurant has plenty of choice but again when it’s busy wait a long time for drinks, I also food at times was cold on two occasions the soup had to be taken away to get re heated as it was cold , I did make a compl to customers service. Who were very pleasant, and I was offered a bottle of if champagne which was sent to my room regarding the complaint I see it as a good gesture but it is an all inclusive hotel where I can get a drink at any time , overall it was a good stay but they have to fix the issues with cold food and waiting on drinks
