Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
awful experience!! food is awful, not all inclusive at all. the bartender cant do anything else than sex on the beach. its dirty everywhere!! we changed our room 3 times and it was still dirty and awful. the menager doesnt know what’s going on! safety box in our room wasnt working. it was always smelly in our room. in our friends room there were ants everywhere. dont go there!!!!
I would’nt recommend this hotel to anyone, especially young people. The room and bathroom we’ve got was dirty. Drinks were availible only after 6 pm and they mixed it badly (they’ve put soda into the blue lagoon instead of sprite) The hotel is located in a small village Gennadi, so there is nothing to do. No animation programme or any kind of night events. Food was good and the beach is right next to the hotel. + great mini market right in the hotel
Bad experience from the start. Taken to a room where the electricity blew out and then to another room with a double bed when we asked for a twin room. Hairdryer socket hanging off the wall, ants everywhere. No information on meal times or explanation that the door locked upon being shut.
You can tell it’s very poorly managed.
Other issues:
No bin in room, only one cup and no tea/coffee Two bottles of water in a fridge that did not refrigerate Shower curtain rail hung up by a piece of string Glass door to the bedroom with no curtain so unable to sleep when it started to get light Reception staff not particularly helpful when it came to discussing late checkout options - just a flat “no” Slow service at the bar, one bartender looked out of his depth as the beer kept running out amongst other things
Luckily we only had to spend three nights here as our good friend was getting married at a vastly superior true 5 Star hotel, if this place is a 4 Star then that hotel is a 500 Star; truly the worst hotel either of us have ever stayed at.
This is not a resort hotel so don’t be fooled - it’s a 2 Star Hotel in reality.
A couple of the younger staff members were very pleasant, however, for some others there it seemed like guests were a nuisance or they just really hated working there.
Glad I only had to suffer this place for 1 night. Room was flooded, in total disrepair and full of bugs. Hotel grounds were filthy. Pool was very dirty. I didn't dare to eat the food, but selection looked very poor. Hotel room doors were all frosted glass, with no curtains to block the light.
This is one of the worst hotels I have ever been to. About half of the furniture in the room was missing (bedside tables, wardrobe, chairs). The food was very average, mostly cold, little choice and no labels. The only thing that was fine was the cleaning of the room and the drinks from the hotel bar. I do not comment on the mess around the hotel and on the beach, that is common in Greece.
