I honestly cannot express how bad this holiday was. I wouldn't stay at this hotel again even if it were offered for free. Do not be misled by the high ratings online—after staying here, I firmly believe many of those vague, few-word 5-star reviews are fake or inflated. Speaking to numerous other guests during our stay, every single person had the exact same list of serious complaints.

When filtering on booking sites for 4-star hotels, this resort pops up due to its local official rating, but the actual standard, hygiene, and facilities do not even reach 3 stars. The best way to describe it is budget resort conditions in Greece.

Accommodation & Surrounding Area Basic & Poor Standard: The room was extremely bare-bones—just a bed and a table, with no wardrobe and no toilet roll holder. The bathroom tap was so loose it felt ready to fall off completely.

Unlisted Annex: We were placed in an annex block that resembled a run-down, converted apartment building surrounded by trash and debris, accessed with physical metal keys rather than key cards. Directional signage on site for rooms 901 to 906 didn't even list our block, nor was it shown on the resort map.

Flooding Balcony: When it rained, an overflow pipe sprayed water directly across our balcony, flooding the area and making it completely unusable.

Pests Nearby: An abandoned building directly next to our room had rats coming out of it at night.

Food, Drinks & Restaurant Standards Cold & Undercooked Food: Food in the main buffet was consistently cold, including items labeled as "freshly cooked." The heat lamps provided no heat whatsoever. Most meats were severely undercooked to the point of being very pink in the middle. The quality was poor and greasy.

Repetitive & Recycled: Despite claiming daily themed nights, it was virtually the same food with maybe three different dishes. Lunch items clearly reappeared at dinner.

Mouldy Drink Machines: You could literally see black mould built up inside the drink spouts. I checked daily, and the dirt was never cleaned. Two machines didn't even chill the drinks, dispensing warm soft drinks, while the juice machines dispensed a 20:1 or 50:1 syrup ratio.

Unusable Snack Bar: Staff at the late-night snack bar couldn't care less. One evening, a staff member watching videos on his phone completely ignored a child asking for a spoon, looked up, laughed in his face, and walked away. Even dedicated food stations like the burger spot couldn't serve a warm burger.

Forced to Eat Out: Because the food was so unpalatable and poorly prepared, we were forced to pay to eat out for both lunch and dinner for 9 days of our stay—a massive extra expense on an all-inclusive holiday.

Cleanliness & Facilities Filthy Mop Water: Housekeeping routinely mopped guest rooms and public areas using visibly brown, dirty water, leaving an awful stench inside our room after cleaning. Mopping was frequently done without any wet floor warning signs.

Broken Sunbeds & Fixed Parasols: Most sunbeds were broken, and the remaining ones lacked support, causing severe lower back pain. The parasols were permanently concreted into the ground, making it impossible to adjust for shade as the sun moved.

Service & Support Aggressive Table Clearing: Restaurant staff hovered like hawks, taking plates before you even set them down. In one instance, a guest went to fetch dessert and returned to find staff had completely cleared their table and set it up for new guests. You were scared to leave your chair.

Ignored Complaints: We raised every single issue with both hotel management and our TUI rep on site, but our complaints fell on completely deaf ears and were dismissed without any action or assistance.

The location is good, close to beach and not far to walk into Faliraki town. But that's the only real positive about the hotel. The part we stayed in was old an run down, some parts look like they have a bit of a revamp, but our two rooms were old and tired and falling to bits. We asked for adjoining rooms but got rooms next to each other that joined onto other guests rooms!!!! The adjoining doors were paper thin so you had no privacy from the other guests and could hear a pin drop. One family was up at 6am every day and you could hear everything they said and did in their room. The pool is like an ice bath plunge, the sea was much warmer than the pool. Water park is OK, but not enough rings for the rides, so it was a fight to get one and no point going during the busy morning as people just keep them and don't share. The buffet restaurant has loads of seats, but the actual serving areas are small and always really busy. Range of food was very limited and very repetitive, and 90% of the time it was cold or lukewarm at best. Broken tiles in the pool and the area around the water park is like a slip and slide, seen so many people fall and hurt themselves. The only positive was the weather was nice, wouldn't go back, especially as they class it as 4 star (which it certainly isn't) for the tourist tax which is €70 per room when you check in. Bar staff were nice but again the bar was busy and they needed more staff on. Entertainment was ok, aimed mainly for kids and was again very repetitive each night.
