Buffet meals for the stay
The hotel is nice and big but be aware that you will be eating in the Buffett only everyday with a ton of kids running around. Every restaurant will be booked days in advanced. We were not informed that all the primary restaurants require reservations and that they show booked for our entire stay. I would have found this helpful before booking, especially if you are looking to have a special dinner.

Another amazing stay at Mitsis
We first encountered Mitsis last year when we visited the Mitsis Rinela and fell in love so decided to try the Mitsis selection Alila and we definitely weren’t disappointed. Again the hotel is beautiful. The staff are incredibly attentive and the food is fantastic. There are more pool areas at the Alila including an adult pool which we spent the majority of our time around. We were brought drinks continuously and snacks were also brought round routinely which was a nice touch. We visited the spa and I had a treatment which again was fantastic and I must say reasonably priced. I do feel that the jacuzzi area in the spa could use a refurb. Some of the tiles on the bottom were broken and quite sharp. Other than that the steam and sauna’s were great! The rooms were comfortable and were kept very clean by the cleaners. Whilst here we visited all the À la carte restaurants and they all served amazing menus and food. The cocktails were also great both around the pool at the night terrace. We are now looking to book our third trip at Mitsis!

Great hotel amazing stuff
I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the amazing pool bar team at the hotel.
They are truly wonderful—kind, professional, friendly, and always provide outstanding service. They welcome every guest with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm, creating a pleasant and enjoyable atmosphere throughout the day.
The cocktails they prepare are absolutely delicious, and their personal attention and positive attitude make every visit to the pool bar a great experience.

Best All-Inclusive in Rhodes!
This was one of, if not the best, all-inclusive stays we’ve ever had. The rooms were roomy and comfortable, the food was fantastic, the facilities were modern and clean, but most importantly the staff was amazing! The level of care and attention provided by all the staff made this one of the best family experiences we’ve ever had. We celebrated my daughter’s 3rd birthday here and the staff went though great lengths to make it a very memorable experience with beautiful flowers, balloons, cake, treats, drinks. It was a one of a kind experience. Very grateful for to the Mitsis family and their staff.

Perfect hotel!!!
We stayed at Mitsis Selection Alila for two nights and had one of the best hotel experiences ever. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed. When the staff learned we were from Israel, they kindly upgraded our room free of charge, which meant a lot to us. Special thanks to Anastasia (Reception Manager) and Nikolas Bejia for their outstanding hospitality and professionalism. Thanks also to Nikoleta and the beach bar team for their warm, friendly service. The food was exceptional, the resort is beautiful, spotless, and luxurious, and every staff member made us feel special. We will definitely return next year. Highly recommended—5 stars plus!
