We had exceptional service from the minute we arrived to when we left. We have visited your hotel a number of times and we travel to other Mitsis Hotels every year aswell.
We arrived mid afternoon and were met by a very cheerful Nestor who remembered us and made us feel very welcome and gave an exceptional service.
We were looking forward to our first dinner in the Italian , and it made our day to be welcomed by a happy smiling ‘Roula’ nothing is too much for her.
We ate at all the Ala Carte restaurants and it was lovely to see Evi again and we must express how much we were impressed with her and all her staff, she truly is a wonderful woman. All the Ala Carte restaurant staff members can never do enough for you and nothing is too much trouble for them. They are so busy but always have time to ensure you receive exceptional service with a smile.
We would like to give special mentions to George and Nana (Brunch) Antonio (Greek) Roula (Italian) Nikos (Asian) Amalia (Creperie) Mikalis (night bar) The food at the Ala Carte restaurants was delicious and we must also thank the chefs for this as I feel they don’t get the recognition they deserve. It must be so difficult on occasions as we witnessed very rude guests, the staff are so professional during these situations when it must be extremely upsetting for them.
We were very lucky to have a private dinner in the teepees with our family. Aggelos and Evi arranged everything and it was a memory that will stay with us. We were lucky to have nana looking after us for the evening and her service was outstanding, she is so lovely and professional. The food on the evening was unbelievably presented and tasted delicious. It was truly a wonderful evening .
We also enjoyed the champagne bar and Magda and Daria were very informative around what champagne to order and ensured we were well looked after. It was a lovely touch to attend the wine tasting and cocktail evening during our stay. The night bar and entertainment is the best we think across all the Mitsis hotels we have visited and it was great to see the bar supervisors always visible and advising the waiting staff. Ilias and Magda were always available for any issues anyone had, finding seating or suggesting cocktails to order.
The beach bar staff were always full of life and very friendly and Vangellis delivering our drinks, he is a asset to your hotel a true gentleman. I would say the new beach setup, which I do understand was unavoidable due to the awful weather you experienced isnt as good as previously. We do prefer how it was before with a fixed seating area and purpose build bar area. We enjoy part of our beach experience sitting enjoying a drink and listening to the beach music, the new seating area is not at all comfortable and the experience was lacking. We must say how supportive Mike the bar supervisor was to all the beach staff, he was always busy and helped everyone with their tasks, he is a true team member. We also loved the pizza, Spyros was so busy but always polite and friendly and makes delicious food.
We enjoyed our stay so much again, the hotel is exception, staff incredible and food out of this world.

Overall good but food not great
Just got back from this hotel and it is a lovely place to relax. We really enjoyed the Adult only pool which was quite and always got a bed. The room was great, clean and had one of the best views I have had in a hotel. We had a great time and lots of positives but there was a couple of things that can be improved. Booking the Ala Carte's even though there is an app we could not get a reservation and had to wait an Hour to book these. Ala Carte's - The Italian was ok but the Pizza was not great and very Salty, we did not get to the Pan Asian. My favourite meal was the Greek which was big portions but also tasted great. We also went to the Brunch for breakfast and this was also great. There is lots of choices to eat at lunch with all the food trucks. Buffet was not great I struggled a bit for food and it was the same most days, I again found some of the food Salty which was not great.
The only other thing was that the Toilet door to the Men's by the pool was hanging off and was still like this when we departed. We also had a massage in the spa and this was excellent.

Great Holiday
Dear team at Mitsis Alila, We have just returned from a two-week holiday at this amazing hotel. We had a wonderful time. The hospitality, warmth, and friendliness of everyone involved always make us feel so good.
We once again enjoyed the brunch, with excellent service from Nana, Dimitra, and Anna. In the afternoons, we frequently visited the Ouzeri, where George ensures you have everything you need. The food and service at the à la carte restaurants—Italian, Asian, and Greek—are fantastic. The staff at these restaurants ensure you have a wonderful evening. Thank you to Nikos, Roula, Michaela, Louli, Aris, Paris, Gessi, Maria, Chelsea, and Antonis. The dishes are prepared by the chefs with such great flavor—absolutely delicious. The Greek restaurant introduced a new menu this year, and we really loved it; we thought the seafood saganaki was particularly amazing.
During the day at the beach, Iordanis and Vaggelis ensure you want for nothing. They create a great atmosphere and foster a sense of connection. It is wonderful to see how much fun and enjoyment this brings.
In the evening, we visited the Wine/Champagne bar for a nice glass of wine or a wine cocktail, served by Daria and Magda.
We would like to thank everyone, and especially Mr. George Volas and Ms. Evie, who—along with the entire staff—gave us another amazing holiday.

Amazing massage
Had an amazing massage with Antonia she was kind and made me feel so comfortable. The best massage I’ve ever had!
A 3.5 Star Experience with a 5-Star Price Tag
We booked three rooms at this property based on its high ratings, but our stay ultimately fell far short of its 5-star claims. While we appreciated that two of our rooms were upgraded at check-in, the third room was completely unacceptable. It featured rusted bathroom walls, cracked tiles, dated furniture, and overwhelming noise from external air-conditioning motors. The fact that the hotel provided earplugs speaks volumes about this known issue. Management's handling of our complaint was disappointing. We were promised another room the following day, which never materialized. We were then told to wait another 24 hours, leaving us no practical choice but to stay put. When we finally moved, the AC noise disappeared, only to be replaced by late-night banging, scraping, and slamming doors. None of the room doors and the furnishers doors had rubber bumpers, so you hear the doors slamming.
The reality is that this property is in desperate need of major renovation. From tired corridors to aging room furnishings, it feels like a resort that earned its 5 stars in 2013 and hasn't been updated since. Today, it operates at a 3- to 4-star level at best. Regarding the all-inclusive package, it is a classic case of quantity over quality. While the food is acceptable and abundant, none of the restaurants left a lasting impression or would draw me back. The Good: • Good staff. • Great pools, and beach access. • Well-stocked bars and plenty of all-inclusive food options.
