Really not great.
Family of 6 adults & 1 toddler. *Location 20min walk to main resort. Taxis expensive, pay as you go bikes & scooters. We hired a car for 2 days €240 from sales in hotel. *Atmosphere - lots of families you’ll be ok if you love your alcohol sense that people come to this hotel for this reason. *Rooms nice size with double bed & single, mini fridge where they stock your water x 2 500ml a day. Mini shower gels, shampoos & soaps. Hair dryer (I’ve not used so don’t know if good) Clean towels twice a week. They get tidy each day but our bathroom was dirty from day one the tiles hadn’t been wiped down & still haven’t 6 days in. Bed blanket we got out of wardrobe was covered in dust. Air con works well. *Value I think you can get better else where. *Noise entertainment finishes at 11pm so generally goes quiet after then. Down side in between aqua, pool games the same song is on repeat every day 😞. *Service other than the entertainment team & reception (when checking in) we’ve had no other dealings. *Food main restaurant not good it’s all about quantity not quality. There’s been some funny looking chicken offered under cooked, over done pork, pasta over & over again. Snack bar better but unfortunately it’s pizza, chips & kebabs. Drinks - soft drinks it’s like drinking syrup absolutely awful alcohol the same we lived out of the shop in hotel grounds. I didn’t drink the water they offered didn’t trust it. *Pool area absolutely filthy needs a good clean along with Sunbeds, it doesn’t help when guests can’t be bothered to put rubbish in bins empty plastic cups along with spilt syrup drinks just left. Toilet by pool area only 1 for M & F dismal I know cleaners clean them twice a day but they need more - floor soaking highly dangerous along side as you step out - needs some one there permanently. They need a designated smoking area as people smoked every where & I don’t think that’s fare on us non smokers & children plus our toddler is asthmatic.
The pool area & entrainment area is not adequate for the size of hotel, Sunbeds again aren’t enough for guests, the management need to really take a long look because for me this hotel is a thumbs down & not 4 stars.

What a good time!
Amazing experience, the entertainment team were so helpful especially Ralu, she made the holiday an unbelievable time. It was so engaging and there were so many activities, we really enjoyed the night time events. Really worth it and a great place for a girls holiday. We felt really safe and everyone was so informative.

Hotel a little isolated for us, lovely grounds though. On our arrival it was very late so unable to get even a simple tea/coffee as no kettle in room, yes we should have read the piece of paper we were given, but when you've had a long day you just want a drink. I did not expect to have to hire a kettle at 10euros🤨. Food not great, practically lived on pasta and chips. Food Hall not very big for amount of guests, sunbeds well that's, another story; my advice get up at 6-30 am if you want to secure a decent spot. Soft drinks machine in dining area hit and miss either it's working or not! Not been the best holiday we've been on room wasn't like website, quite disappointed overall.

we came here as a big family from norway and we absolutely loved everything, the staff dere so nice and kind to us always happy to hell and chat. the food and rooms dere amazing we didnt have any problems whatsoever . the entertainment team made everything beautiful. special mention to Ralu she was so sweet and took care of us the whole time. our kids went with them to a night out in faliraki and i cant congratulate her enough for taking such good care of them we are impressed. the whole animation team is amazing and beyond words.
