We stayed here 25th may 2026 for 11 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. On our visit there were very few british but that could be something to do with exam season back home. The hotel is kept spotless in all areas. Fresh shower towels and bedding when needed and also beach towels supplied in the room which can be exchanged for clean ones every couple of days at the spa. Our room was a superior room which was like 2 rooms linked by an internal door. The hotel has a lovely outside pool, an indoor pool and a lazy river to float around in rubber rings. The beach isn't really sandy and the use of water shoes in the sea is recommended. The staff were fantastic, always helpfull and friendly with plenty of smiles. The food was great with plenty of variety. Always hot, fresh and replenished regularly. Hotel was a little quiet whilst we were there but meant there was not early morning dash to the sunbeds as most days there were free beds that no one was using. Also got alot of sunbeds on the beach which is literally a step from the pool side, depends on your own preference. Being a bit of a petrol head i found the reception area fantastic with classic cars and motorbikes. The only small downside was no tea making facilities in the room so if you want that just take a small travel kettle with you. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would not hesitate in returning for another holiday. Local buses run from outside the hotel every 20 minute to either Rhodes, Falaraki or Lindos and not very expensive. We took a bus to Lindos and it cost €10 for 2 of us each way. We wanted to go by boat but we didn't book as the advert says you didn't need to but the boat was full that day. Our room wash large with plenty of space with 2 bathrooms in it (only one had a shower, the other was just sink and toilet). It also had 2 fridges which had a bottle of water put in it every day for each occupant and on arrival the first day it also had a can of orangeade and a beer for each of us. The view from our side room balcony gave us an around view of sea, falaraki bay and the mountain behind. All in all we have a fantastic time. Please remember your insect repellant for the evening especially if you are at the pool bar where the put on entertainment.
A really lovely, spotlessly clean hotel. Staff were friendly, always helpful and nothing was too much trouble. An unusual set up with the palace hotel next door being joined together and you almost didn’t know where one stopped and the other started. Disappointed to find cava/prosecco was not available for all inclusive guests. The food quality and selections were excellent but being British and liking ‘hot’ food we were extremely disappointed. Cold plates, unless you were lucky enough to get one that had just come from the dishwasher, didn’t help the matter. We even experienced food coming straight from the kitchen that certainly wasn’t the correct temperature. Many hotels across Europe that we have stayed in have a discreetly placed microwave to rectify this problem. Whilst we appreciate the hotel groups policy of guests not having to cook/reheat their own food, which is admirable, being told we could give our food to a member of staff and have it microwaved in the kitchen, wasn’t really acceptable. Such a shame the gantry heat lighting wasn’t fit for its purpose of keeping food hot throughout service. We presumed that guest reviews that stated food was always hot must have eaten as soon as the restaurant opened as this was not our experience. The pool area was lovely and cleaned daily. Most days it was possible to get a sun bed even after a morning out sightseeing. The lazy river is a brilliant addition. The evening entertainment was good and varied but it was very difficult to get a seat to enjoy it properly. This lovely hotel has so many good points and for other nationalities the tepid food may not be a problem but unfortunately for us it was and would therefore not return.☹️
we are very happy with everything especially the food and the location, it is very close to the sea and lots of activities at the pool
Amazing staff ,clean rooms, excellent fresh food ,great entertainment
We had a wonderful holiday at this hotel. It is located in the beautiful resort of Faliraki and has a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were clean, with daily housekeeping, and the staff were always friendly, welcoming, and helpful.
The beach is pebbly with a gentle entrance into the sea. The water is crystal clear and perfect for snorkeling.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in a beautiful location. We would be happy to come back!
